When first stepping into the condo, I noticed a strong smell of cat urine. I had attempted to mop the entire condo to eliminate the smell, but once dry, the smell returned. As I was sweeping the sand up in the master bathroom, I picked up the rugs and noticed they were saturated with urine. The bottom of the rugs were completely yellow and some spots were darker than others indicating multiple "accidents" on them. The shower itself has a few spots of black mold beginning to grow. I laid down on the couch in the living room and immediately noticed a strong odor of dog urine. Lastly, the TV in the master bedroom only had access to one channel during our entire stay. While I confirmed the cables were hooked-up correctly and the "Infinity" cable box was working, we were unable to obtain any other channels besides "TLC." However, the beds were clean and comfy! Despite these above-referenced circumstances, the hospitality, ease of communication, and overall experience with the rental agency was seamless. I did reach out to the rental agency after our stay to advise of these issues for the next visitors, but didn't receive a response.
