Wonderful property

The house was very nice and clean. Plenty of room for 2 children and 5 adults. The pool was amazing, highly recommend. The property managers were alson great to work with and . Just sad that we had to cut our vacation short due to Hurricane Helene. Didnt want to take any chances with the kids.

Family vacation with friends

Our stay was amazing. The pool was a big hit for the kids. I really want to come back to this house again next year. You just can’t beat the pool and the close beach and access. It’s private and comfortable. We rented a golf cart and it was a breeze to get around and explore. The house had plenty of dishes and a blender. There was a picture of crock pot on the inside of the cabinet door, but it wasn’t there. We didn’t need it, but we did look for it. Wasn’t a problem though. We grilled hamburgers and hot dogs. I highly recommend this house. Can’t wait to do it again! We will be returning!

Great getaway

We had a great time at mimosas, hosts were very responsive, the house has a lot of character and spacious with beautiful furnishings. The pool area was the best part! Although we ran into issues with heating the hot tub the hosts assisted immediately. We did run out of tp and trash bags bit all other ammenities were in abundance. Overall i would return as it was a great experience!

Great location, great pool, great stay

There were 4 adults and 5 children that all fit comfortably. The pool was a hit with both kids and adults! The beach was just a short 5 minute walk away. We will be booking again in the future!

Pool and beach landing pad

We loved this home! The furniture was comfortable and there was plenty of space for 4 adults, 1 infant and 2 toddler/kiddos. I love that the upstairs had two full bathrooms. We needed both tubs for bedtime routines. The pool was the highlight and we enjoyed the waterslide. Do bring blackout curtains for kids/baby room. We watched the most amazing 4th of July display right from the porch! Cons- they need to update the main tv with a Roku remote/plug-in. -lots of stairs so be ready for that. Pretty normal for beach houses. The pool was fine but needed to be cleaned because bugs get in every day. I'd recommend they add another scoop that catches bugs. Communication with rental agency was great! They responded quickly and were very polite!

Large living spaces and super clean

This was a great place to stay for my family and our friends. The pool area is fantastic and had plenty of room for swimming and lounging. The kitchen was large enough to prepare meals and plenty of seating between the island and the dining table. The 3 full bathrooms was a huge bonus when everyone was getting ready to go places. The beds and pillows were very clean. Towels and bathrooms were also very clean. Communication with the host company was very efficient. We were able to reach someone every time we needed to within just a few minutes.

Pool is great

Pool is really nice. Unfortunately we had cooler than usual weather and the hot tub went out on the day we arrived. The property manager was extremely responsive and did what they could to get it fixed but it was down most of our stay. The house was fine. We planned for the bad weather days to be spent in the game room but the magnetic dart board was broken. We thought we’d watch a movie but had no batteries for the dvd player… just little things. I will say that the very basic amenities are included but things like a starter coffee would make for a much better first morning. Salt and pepper, cooking spray, etc are not included so you have to buy everything. There are plenty of actual cooking appliances and cookware. The location is great. Super quiet neighborhood and games for the pool and yard were appreciated. Just overall for the price I was hoping for a little better experience.

Great Stay!

We loved this spot for our PCB vaca. The pool/hot tub were both gorgeous and so relaxing. The convenience of how close this property was to rick seltzer access made our beach trips so smooth.

Paradise

The house is very welcoming with lots of space. The living area is comfortable, all rooms are spacious & the decor throughout the home is beautiful. The pool was amazing! From the lights to the fountains this pool is incredible. If you are looking for paradise close to the beach this is the house for you. Awesome swimming pool!

The pool was a great hit for our little girls! They spent every minute they could outside swimming. The place was nice and clean. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again!

Great pool!

My kids enjoyed the pool. The house was very nice and as described. I would stay again. I would suggest a scissors, a few extra garbage bags to start, and a decent set of knives (steak, paring, butcher)

Great place for families and kids

We had a great stay here and plan to return. The beach access 16 was .3 miles from the home and there’s a nice crosswalk, which we used several times and was safe. The pool was fun for our age range of kids and we had cooler weather so the hot tub was nice. There was one small issue with the pump going out and management sent the pool maintenance man that day and it was fixed same day. We really enjoyed the home and space! Thank you!

Great Property!

The pool is the cover photo for a reason - it is amazing! It was sparkling clean and remained so for the week of our stay. The bedrooms and bathrooms are exactly as pictured. Not fancy, but clean and actually larger than my bedrooms at home! The beach is a bit further away than I thought, but it was a quick and easy ride, and STUNNING. The white sands and green waters are therapeutic. Our visit was at the end of October, so most main tourist attractions in the area were closed. For our group though, we were happy in the pool and at the beach. There are restaurants close by if you prefer dining in or take out, or the kitchen is well appointed with enough cookware to prepare meals if you choose to do so. If you are looking to stay in the Panama City area, this house should be one you consider. The neighborhood is quiet, the property is a place where you can relax and enjoy your vacation.

Beautiful paradise

Absolutely beautiful property ❤️ The pool area is like a paradise 😍 We invited freinds over for a pool party, and everyone loved it! The only disadvantage for us were the steps, the main level is on the second floor. Not a big deal, but if you have older adults, the stairs may be an issue for some. Very well stocked home. Had one small issue requiring maintenance and they came straight away! Holly was absolutely fabulous to deal with!
