Shores of Panama Construction Notice: Shores of Panama is undergoing a complete exterior stucco renovation beginning October 20, 2025 & ending by March 24, 2026. Wahoo Shores, Condo 218 is located at Shores of Panama Resort, with a reserved parking spot located on the 2nd floor. The age requirement to rent this condo is 21. There is a $90 on-site registration fee for parking passes and armbands.
**Note: There is no access for vehicles considered "oversized". The maximum height is 6 feet, 11 inches. Vehicles cannot exceed the normal length of 18 feet including hitches or any other attachments and a width of 8 feet, 6 inches.

Wahoo Shores is a direct beachfront condo located in the Shores of Panama Resort, professionally managed by Azure-Properties. Perfectly located on the 2nd floor, a middle unit with breathtaking views of the ocean and the beautifully landscaped tropical pool area. Steps from the tropical pool area is the white sandy beach & emerald water of the Gulf! Featuring two full-size bedrooms, with attached full baths, and one bunk room with an attached half-bath. There is a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room which allows this condo to comfortably. sleep 8.

Walking in you'll be greeted with stunning views inside this beautifully decorated condo. The living room has comfortable updated seating & a big TV, perfect for movie nights! Step into the kitchen, featuring granite countertops and all the large and small appliances you need to whip up a great meal. There is seating for everyone at the kitchen bar and dining table, or take your morning coffee to your private balcony and enjoy the views of the beach/ocean or tropical pool areas, your choice! All new stainless appliances in the kitchen, and a full-size washer and dryer in the unit, means you will have everything you need to make wonderful and lasting memories with your family and friends!

The first master bedroom faces the ocean and the second master bedroom has a pool view of the adjacent property. The bunk room has an attached 1/2 bath. These 3 bedrooms plus the queen sleeper sofa will sleep 6 adults and 2 children comfortably. Complimentary WiFi and cable TV are provided in the living area and all bedrooms.

Located in Shores of Panama, a 23- story Gulf- front luxury resort located in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort features over 14,000 square feet of pool space with outdoor hot tub, an indoor heated pool & hot tub, 2 poolside Tiki bars, modern fitness center, coffee/donut shop in the lobby, and a banquet/meeting room available for large groups. There are beachside activities and watersports as well as chair/ umbrella rentals on site. Shores of Panama also provides parking in the covered garage.

Just steps away from everything you could need- Walmart is across the street, and you are just moments away from Pier Park, Panama City's premier shopping and dining area. Pineapple Willy's Beachfront Bar is just steps away, as is Ripley's Museum, Signal Hill Golf Course, mini golf and tons of restaurants. You will have a great time on your vacation, no matter where you go in PCB!

1) What type of coffee pot is in the condo?
This condo has both a regular coffee maker & a Keurig coffee pot.

2 )Are beach chairs provided? Beach towels?
Yes. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels are provided inside the condo for guests to use. The resort also has a "Take a toy, Leave a toy" bin by the poolside beach access gate.

Note: Tropical storms and hurricanes are not uncommon from May through October. We do not refund, change dates or offer any concessions during extreme weather. Please plan accordingly and purchase travel insurance.
