The Spotted Grouper es un encantador bungalow en la playa del Viejo Florida rodeado de retorcidos Sand Live Oaks. Estamos ubicados en Bald Point al lado de Alligator Point, FL, en un pequeño y tranquilo vecindario de playa a lo largo de la costa olvidada, rodeado por el parque estatal Bald Point.
La casa está a 100 yardas del Golfo; para llegar, solo camine por la calle Grouper hasta el agua, no hay calles para cruzar. Es una playa natural muy apartada con mucha vida marina donde puedes disfrutar de toda la belleza de la naturaleza. Tiene vistas al golfo desde la sala de estar, así como desde el porche y el patio, y el sonido del océano puede adormecerlo por la noche. La pesca es fantástica, al igual que los restaurantes locales y los mercados de mariscos. La casa está a nivel del suelo, por lo que no tiene escaleras para subir, lo que la hace muy conveniente para llevar maletas y comestibles a la casa. The retro/beach themes of the house were cool. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Loved the screened in porch. Tides affected beach access at the end of the street, but there are other public beach access available.

Great getaway!

Cute, quaint cottage a short walk to the beach. We had a wonderful time. Rental was well equipped. Owner very attentive. The AC went out at 7pm, called the owner and she had a repairman there within the hour. Hope to visit again soon!

Grandbabies beach trips.

First trip for the grandbabies. The beach was close and no one else was on the beach except us. The house was cozy and had everything we needed. Owner responded quickly with any questions i had. Very nice stay.

Everything and more!

The Spotted Grouper provided the perfect get away! The bungalow is spotlessly clean, has everthing one could possibly need to feel at home, well positioned in a quiet friendly neighborhood, and located in and near a nature preserve area. We highly recommend staying here. We explored the natural areas, including the gulf in a 16' canoe. So much wildlife to enjoy. Fishing, bird watching, cooking and enjoying each others company filled our days. Never turned on the tv or radio. A total escape from the rat race! We enjoyed the outdoor shower, grilled on the Weber, and relaxed in the screen porch. We hope to return next year. Sheree, the owner, was wonderful to work with. She was so kind and helpful. She even gave us fishing bait suggestions.

This place is truly magical! You can hear the waves crashing on the shore from the porch and an unspoiled, secluded beach is just a few steps away. Clean and fully stocked, Sheree’s place is phenomenal. We can’t wait to come back!

This may have been the cleanest property we have ever stayed in!! We loved the old Florida charm of the home with a great view of the gulf! Within walking distance to the small beach!

Forgotten Coast Beauty

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at the Spotted Grouper. It never disappoints . We absolutely adore this place every time we visit. If you are looking for peace, tranquility , and the beauty of nature surrounding you then book this place. This truly is a hidden treasure on the forgotten coast. You are almost always the only ones on the beach. The wildlife is stunning. Our favorites are around 7PM when the sandbars start to form & you can walkout & collect all sorts of treasures. To Do: 1) Watch sunrise 2) Relax 3) Rest 4) Watch sunset 5) Repeat 1-4 daily Sheree is amazing to work with. Thank you for sharing your treasure with us! We will definitely be back again.

Great place to relax

The whole process with Sheree was easy! The bungalo was cozy, a great place to relax. Good fising on the adjacent beach. It was quiet, and perfectly secluded for us. We will definately rent the bungalo again.
