It was great for a family stay. There was plenty of space for all, and it was very well stocked with what we needed. We can't wait to go back.

Have stayed here several times to fish the area. Always clean and can accommodate everyone with their own room. Beautiful view of the river and gulf.

Thanksgiving

This place is ideal for a family group. It's been renovated but still needs a lot more attention. Setting on the Bay is gorgeous and proximity to restaurants and other entertainment is great.

Hunting trip

Had a large group of guys here for a hunting trip. House was perfect for the large group we had. Check in was a breeze and we had everything we needed for a full weeks stay.

Fishing Family Trip

Property location is great right on the water; we’ve stayed here numerous times and always have a good time relaxing and fishing. Property host is easy to communicate with and always attentive. Will definitely be back for next year. Recommend this property!

Home away from home

The house was clean and comfortable, fully stocked with anything you may need. It had a nice view of the bay and a big back yard. We loved the screened in porch at night. I would definitely stay there again.

Another Great Stay and Another Great Fishing Trip

This was mine and my dads second year staying at this cozy property for our company fishing trip for us and some associates. It was a great time at this awesome property once again. Nice, clean , comfortable place to relax after a long day of fishing. We look forward to visiting again next year if at all possible.

Fall Break Fun

We had a nice stay. Unfortunately, Hurricane Helene shortened our stay a few days. House was spacious and yard was perfect. Excellent location for access to fishing. Thomas (Host) was very accommodating and quick to respond.

Quiet stay near the bay

Spacious house with great location near the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. The kitchen had everything that you need to cook a meal in as well as plenty of seating for take away food. The living room was had comfy furniture for relaxing in the evening and watching tv. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of linens. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. The kids had fun in the water during high tide. Low tide was muddy but it was fine that forced us to take a break from the sun. We enjoyed the yard and the shade & the fire pit. We did buy a kiddie pool to put at the door to wash the sand off our feet & I recommend that to keep the sand out of the house. We left it for the next guest to use. Overall it was great and we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect vacation

This was a dream vacation for us. If you want to slow down and just enjoy vacation this place is it!!! Not one problem with the stay - well I mean it could have been longer but work calls. House was clean, well stocked with more than we imagined, beds were comfortable.. I could go on and on!!

Fishing and crabbing!!

We enjoyed our stay at this old Florida style home right on the bay. Great time fishing from our kayaks and were able to launch in front of the house. Caught crabs in our traps and fished from shore. Easy communication with owner. The house was comfortable and had a well stocked kitchen! Wish we could have stayed longer!

We never wanted to leave

This house was everything we were looking for! It has an extra large kitchen with tons of prep area. The house was much bigger than the pictures make it seem. The beach area was nice, not clear water, but our grand daughters loved it. Having the kayak was a nice bonus. We will definitely be renting this on the future.

Wedding

The paint job makes a big difference and we passed the house at first. The entrance and kitchen are huge. Very spacious house. Nice porch. Big picnic table in the back. Place for a fire pit by the water. Overall it was a very nice stay.

Perfect Beach Getaway

The house was a perfect fit for our family of 10. It is not fancy but it met all of our needs. The small sand/beach area was great for my younger kids and the kayak and boat were perfect for my older kids and husband. The one level was great for my parents, who came with us. Over all it was a wonderful stay and would definitely return.

Fantastic family vacation

My husband and I take our adult children and dogs on a yearly fall vacation and this was perfect! The place was clean and comfortable and met our needs well, just an old Florida house :) If you are looking for lots of action and things to do this is not the place for you but if you are looking for great fishing, wildlife watching, stargazing, quiet and just some good ole family time Bay Dreamin may be just what you need! Not even home yet and I’m already looking for dates for next year!
