The outdoor patio was lovely with fountain, fireplace and ample seating. Staff was pleasant, however, not super great about making accommodations like the remote that didn’t work, lack of towels/blanket in room, running out of items at breakfast, forgetting to turn the fountain on one of the days. We didn’t mind the accessible room, but our room should never be used. The entry door was lopsided with a huge gap at the bottom, the restroom barn door kept sliding open, it was next to the staff breakroom (loud talking heard through the wall), the stairwell (people banging their luggage down the stairs and chatting) and a trash can right outside the door. Due to the tile flooring, you could hear every step taken above our heads.
I would only stay here on the second floor.
