Steve’s condo is as advertised. Beautifully designed and decorated. Completely updated kitchen and the unit was clean. Parking is easy and the location is close enough to everything and yet in a quiet safe area. The pool and hot tub are very nice. You will enjoy your stay .

Another great stay at this wonderful PS place. Easy access to so many opportunities to explore. The winter community welcomes us short timers with generosity and we always enjoy watching the fun they have together even when we choose not to participate. The view of the mountain is a bonus. Walking distance to many stores for supplies and even a hiking trail to enjoy right across the street. Already booked again for next year.

Quiet and relaxing

Condo is in a great location near plenty of places to eat and things to do, yet it still feels like a quiet escape. Owner is easy to reach and responsive. We enjoyed the pool and eating meals on the balcony overlooking the beautifully landscaped courtyard. The condo is well equipped with just about anything you’d need, including pool chairs and a soft side cooler.

From initial check-in to walking out the door on the last day everything was fantastic! The unit is super clean and has everything you would need to feel at home. All four pools are wonderful. This condo is beautifully decorated and roomy. Proximity to so many things…hiking, downtown Palm Springs, shopping and restaurants. Easy check in, very clean. We had a fantastic stay at the waverly house!! What a perfect place to stay and enjoy Palm Springs. The accommodation was awesome and the property was fantastic. We took advantage of the pickleball courts as well as the pool and hot tub.Thanks Steve for a amazing place to stay for two weeks. We will be back!!
