Great pool/outdoor space & quiet neighborhood

We were two middle-aged couples taking a short kids-free vacation and this was perfect. It could easily handle three couples. The outdoor space was amazing with a nice pool, bocce ball court, fire pit, big outdoor table and corn hole boards. We didn’t pay for the pool heat and, with temps in the high eighties during the day, we didn’t need it heated. The beds were comfortable and we were glad to have use of a garage so the car wasn’t always baking in the sun. Check-in and out was easy and the kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, etc. The fridge and stove were high quality and there was plenty of space to cook/eat. The neighborhood is very nice and very quiet so don’t book this place for a loud party. We loved how quiet it was (other than airplanes overhead at times). The property manager was quick to respond and helpful. Definitely recommend this home.

The property was amazing. The pool hit just right. This was an amazing place to stay. It was a quick trip to the downtown PS area and a few minutes drive to several amazing golf courses.

Good and bad

This property is in an excellent location in a nice neighborhood. Yes planes do take off from the nearby airport overhead but we didn't find that to big much of a nuisance. The property manager was excellent to work with. Very responsive and you could actually talk to a real person. Refreshing. The problem with this house is it needs a lot of maintenance and updating. The home needs to be refreshed badly. It is very tired all over. Much of the home ranges from badly worn to disrepair and broken. Even with that being said, you get what you pay for and it was definitely less expensive than other more luxury options. The one thing I can't overlook was that it was just not clean. The dishes were put away dirty, the counters were sticky and generally the home needs a thorough deep clean. If you can look past those things and understand you are paying less, you will likely enjoy your stay. If you are more particular you may want to consider these factors.

Our favorite house so far!

We loved our stay!! Kids had a blast in the pool 6 times a day, we got to bring our dog as it’s a dog friendly property. Everything was perfect for us! Our favorite house in the past few years. We’ll be back! Thanks!

Nice property - unfortunate timing

Rented the property for a shortened week with my sister and nieces. Properly as advertised with lots of outside amenities including a pool and spa. I unfortunately did not see the advisory that heating the spa would be an extra fee for 3 days. It was an incredibly high amount as Palm Springs has extremely low electric rates. In addition, we unfortunately were there during the rain storms so other outside activities were impossible. The bedrooms and kitchen were fine and we did appreciate the great couch in the living room that we could all lounge on and visit together. Nice location once you got used to the planes activity at the nearby airport.

Airport Flight Path

The property is showing some wear and tear. The fireplace did not work & property manager was unable to assist with that. The pocket door to the ensuite bath is out of alignment & screeches on the concrete floor. The door to the master bedroom is partially off one hinge & nearly impossible to close properly. The "hot tub" never got warm enough to use at night despite paying $75 daily for heat to the pool. The dishwasher detergent dispenser sticks closed so detergent is never actually dispensed. We washed dishes by hand. The house is along the flight path from the airport. Flights start taking off before 6am. If you are a light sleeper, this is definitely problematic. The sunken living room is actually surrounded by tile steps of varying heights. It is definitely a hazard to anyone with mobility issues and children. Overall, we were not impressed with this property & did not feel it delivered good value.

Relaxing stay

We had a relaxing stay. The beds were comfortable and the house was spacious. Enjoyed the back yard and games. We had some issues with the pool heat but once we figured it out it was warm and enjoyable.

Wonderful relaxing stay

Wonderful location to grocery stores and downtown area. The pool and spa were fabulous we have never been to a home where the pool and spa were saltwater We were in heaven. The beds were comfortable and the master bath shower was divine. The main bath was small and there really wasn’t enough counter space for 2 adults. One other concern for us was the dishes we pulled out of the cupboard were dirty. I’m not sure if this is the responsibility of the cleaning company to make sure of this or not. The property manager was quick to respond when we had an issue with the kuerig machine and replaced the faulty one same day. We all loved our stay there and would recommend this home to our friends and family

Fantastic!

What a great place and location! The house was immaculate, beds were very comfortable. The pool/spa were in great shape and very clean and warm. The outdoor grill area was also terrific and clean. Can't recommend this house and location enough!

Quiet Getaway

Beautiful home in Palm Springs!

The home was beautiful and the amenities were amazing. It was a great way to spend a few days in the sun! The home includes many supplies and even some fun board games and smart TVs in all the rooms. The hot tub and pool were perfect, minus some branches but it was really windy while we were there. The staff is also very quick to respond to any questions or issues.

Beautiful home

Exactly as promised, photos are spot on! Enjoyed all aspects of this property...pool was beautiful, bocce court got good use, fire pit was the perfect place for end of day drinks and conversation. Patio table great gatherings spot and morning coffee location. Convenient to grocery shopping and restaurants, too.
