This chic authentic newly restored Queen-size 1 bed/1 bath studio apartment is located a 5 minute stroll from the beach in the historic Mediterranean Revival style Palm Beach Hotel (built in 1925 by architect Mortimer Dickerson Metcalfe).

Studio apartment is located 1 short flight of steps off the lobby.



 The Building's many amenities include a large heated swimming pool set in a tropical garden, multimedia room, library, over sized lobby (the location of the Palm Beach Day Spa), Wash app operated laundry and a covered breezeway with tables and chairs for dining and relaxing. 



The rent includes smart TV, wireless Internet, air-conditioning as well as a dinette area with a fridge (no freezer), toaster oven, coffee machine, dishes and cutlery, hot plate, pots and pans.



The Palm Beach Hotel-Condominium has a 24-hour staffed front desk and on site management which allows for easy, any time of day, check-in/check-out.
