The woman at the desk was amazing! Quickly checked in and took us to our room. We booked the suite for 4 adults. Lovely place, quite disjointed but really cool! Super clean and tidy and brand new. However, the lounge isn't really a spot to relax in, it wasn't comfortable or well set out. The finishing of the painting, plastering and tiling is awful! They must have done it themselves to keep price down? Didn't affect our stay but if we hadn't got a half price deal we would have been really unhappy with the price we paid. Awesome location! Bed was super hard but I had a great sleep.

A newly built section on the site of an older motel. Everything in the room was new, comfortable, spacious and relaxing. The embroidered linen ware was a nice touch also. A fully equipped kitchen and separate bedroom would make this an ideal location for extended stays, such as business trips, tradies, etc. The staff were exceptional hosts. Located in a quiet side street,just a short walk from the heart of Piaha, and with the beach at the end of the street, this was a fantastic find. A tv in the bedroom would be a bonus

Our stay was fine, the staff were great, and it would appear that the property is going through some up dating as there were unfinished areas in the room such as missing skirting and holes in the ceiling. The carpet felt mew which was a great feeling when you entered the room. The Rayya Suites in Paihia is a place I would recommend, however I would encourage the owners to complete the renovations and it will be a fantastic place to stay.

The property is in a good location, very clean, the staff amazing and the 'suites' well appointed, but the interior pictures do not tell the full story. We required a comfortable and clean base, and the property fulfilled that requirement. The exterior of the property is a different story. The entire site is covered in concrete for a as many parking bays as possible, the units are very basic from the outside, the 'restaurant is now a surplus furniture and bedding store. If you require a visually attractive 'resort', privacy and luxurious suites, this is not it. The 'suites' are basically repainted & refurnished cabins or rooms. The interior photos make it look much more luxurious than it is. So, this was great value as a comfortable, affordable and well-located base, but if you expect a holiday resort in Pahia, this is not it.

The upstairs room was well appointed The bedding supplied was clean and comfortable. The manager was excellent and helpful at all times. The kitchen was well provided with cooking utensils. I did find the shower was ok but nowhere to put soap and conditioner. I suggest they install liquid soap dispensers in the shower; this is common trend in many hotels now. Plenty of parking and many restaurants, bars are within easy walk.

Whilst the renovation looks great some quality control is required, the towel rail is not fixed properly to the wall and is about to fall off. The kitchenette cupboard doors are the same. Mostly clean and comfortable

Fabulously clean room, amazing shower with great pressure, very comfortable bed and pillows, central location. Kitchenette had all the necessities. Wonderful staff and superb value. Would have liked a hair dryer and a larger trash can in the kitchen area but not deal breakers and would definitely book again!!

This motel has been completely renovated and is beautiful. Just a 5-6 minute walk into the heart of town. At the end of the block heading for town is a beautiful sand beach. Great stay!
