Good for large groups

This is a large, pleasant house in a nice neighborhood nestled amongst towering pines just outside of Pagosa. Convenient location, and the property management team is very good. Check in/check out is very smooth and efficient.

Great Ski Trip

I and many friends had a great time staying here. The property lives up to the photos. Lots of room, great views, easy access to Wolf Creek Ski area.

Amazing

My family of 6 stayed and we absolutey loved it. The management communication was excellent. I was able to text and had very fast responses. There is a ton of space due to 3 levels. It is the perfect location between Wolf Creek Pass and Pagosa Springs. We will definitley stay again.

Great House with Lots of Room

Enjoyed the house. Lots of room to spread out with 12 people. It actually snowed at house while there so added a little more to the kiddos with sledding and building snowman’s.

Beautiful and spacious LOTS OF EXTRAS!

Everything was perfect! The view/stars, the hottub, so much space, extras in the kitchen, card games, very close to ski resort, good for old and young, peaceful and sooo much more. Don't hesitate! Book it! Jedd was super helpful in helping us find snowmobile tour and any questions asked.

Great location, wonderful amenities

The house was very clean and nicely furnished. Plenty of beds for a large group. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and pots and pans. Location at east side of town is nice for access to Wolf Creek Ski Area.

Nice house with a great view. A little hard to figure out how the theme stats work but we figured it out. Had plenty of room and great location to the mountain. I would recommend this property.

Amazing Location

We had an amazing vacation! Breathtaking views throughout the home. The multiple levels in This house was perfect for large families and small children. Our littles enjoyed sleigh riding right outside the house and playing in the snow! We will definitely be back!

Soul Sisters Retreat

What a wonderful place to stay. Very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub and the deck where we enjoyed our morning coffee before starting our days event's. We enjoyed cooking our meals in the kitchen. Quite, peaceful place to rejuvenate. Would highly recommend.

Family Reunion

This property was amazing with wonderful views, a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of room for all of us and it was very close to town!! It was perfect for our needs!! We also appreciated the three car garage for loading and unloading, the wraparound deck, and the pleasant neighborhood!! My daughter had to irk while here and had no complaints about the Wi-Fi connection. We would definitely stay here again!!

Perfect vacation spot for our hiking crew of 9

We met our faraway family members in PS for our annual hiking trip. This house was big enough for everyone to have their own bed, yet perfect for evenings at the dining table playing cards. Communication with the hosts was easy. Totally recommend!!

This place is legit

We had such an amazing time. This house was perfect for us group of 10, and could fit more! House is at the top of the neighborhood so It has the most amazing views off the wrap around porch. A great layout. Had most of everything we needed, including the grill outside. Location was perfect just outside of town and close to Wolf Creek ski area. Communication was great and easy. We are already looking at booking again. Highly recommend!

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay and the house was great, but the wifi did not work the first 2 days and the TV never worked properly. The management company brought out a hot spot for the wifi, but the speed on it was only 3 mbps download and 1 mbps upload, and that was when you were standing right next to the hotspot. The TV remote did not work properly and they sent someone to the house to try and fix it, but we stayed over Thanksgiving and were not able to watch the nighttime NFL game on Thanksgiving day and we were not able to watch 2 college football games that we wanted to watch on Saturday. I really wanted to give a glowing review of this property because we did enjoy our stay and the house was great, but no wifi and a TV that did not work took away from making it perfect.
