"We were very pleased with accomodations and location. The staff was very professional and courteous.
I am disappointed with Hotels.com. I realized I made a mistake in the dates for my reservation within minutes. I saw that I could change the dates...not cancel...and would not be penalized according to what was on Hotels.com site. I made the change to the weekend before within minutes and immediately contacted Hotels.com and Wyndham to let them know my mistake. I was VERY disappoited to see that my credit card was charged for both weekends. Wyndham said it was the responsibility of the booking agent, Hotels.com. "
