This home isnt in good condition…you can tell it had been cleaned but it isn’t clean due to the years of wear and tear. Everything in the kitchen was old and covered with dust or a film… we ended up having to go out and buy our own pots and pans to use. There was a rodent on the 3 rd floor. Carpet was dirty etc. overall very disappointing for the price we paid.

Great stay with a gorgeous view!

This is a great property! We enjoyed watching the beautiful sunsets and sun raises. We loved that there were tons of game, books, and beach toys available for us to use. Celebrated getting engaged and turning 30 all in one weekend and we enjoyed every minute of our stay!

Stay was Mixed

The property was right on the beach in a beautiful location. There were some things about the property that were disappointing. First, when we arrived there were linens on the table, and the chairs and bar stools were stacked in a corner. It looked like someone had not finished cleaning. In addition, there was a dirty rag left on a counter. Second, in the primary bedroom it smelled like pee on one side of the bed and there were no curtains. Third, at night in particular, the temperature was very uncomfortably warm. The house at a minimum needs ceiling fans or air conditioning.

Very old house and poor Maintnance

Unfortunately I can not give a good review Vecasa management and maintenance of the house was poor and below standard industry in any aspect. Starting with a nine working sink at the kitchen shower head that barely had any pressure and very poor quality of bedding‘s sheets towels and not good mattresses. For what we paid it is just not acceptable. After complaining to Vecasa that the kitchen sink did not work during all our stay and maintenance guy did not come and fix the claim that they try to call and that the sink work with the sensor which is a lie and had offered a $20 credit on our next stay. Of course I rejected and told them that I will just write a review so long booking with Vecasa in the future

Great time with family

We were comfortable but at the same time had some issues of what was not available to us for the length of our stay; no dressers for clothes, laundry soap, no dishwasher pods, enough dish soap…for what we paid fir the stay, the amenities were not available to us, coming from Sacramento & Colorado… 😒
