"The email sent with an access code for entering the building (gated entrance) but it did not work and there was no reception to help. We had to wait outside (it was at 10pm) until another guest came in who told us how this hotel operating. Even though you have reservations, you still need to pay first to get the correct access code to open the gated door for your car to get in and to get in your room!"
