The hotel itself looks dilapidated around the corners (elevator, lobby, front of building). Nevertheless the room were very comfortable (no A/C because of the central system was out of service "WOW" - they provided a fan that helped, nevertheless the central system was set for heating "No A/C). Room service is not done daily, it was done in our third day because we requested it. Bathroom toiletries two towels for four days, one soap and one shampoo - unless you go to the front desk and ask for them. Is not worthy because of the location is far away from the old town and all landmarks. I will not pick on a future travel. Exterior needs a lot (A LOT) of cleaning and good gardener. This make the hotel look abandoned.

Room was clean. The sofa bed in the junior suite was twin size. No room service till 3rd night but you can ask for shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion at front desk. We couldn't get more coffee pack as they were out of stock. Overall the value is there.

Amenities such as the swimming pool were not available; this was not advertised at reservation time, nor check in, not even on site (no sign of unavailability). When we tried to us it, réception just said “I am sorry”. For me booking this hotel was entirely because they had pool. Oh big disappointment for me and my kids not being able to use it. Worst is they still offer it online. Cheap fare….old facilities, now I understand why. Should not be advertised even as part of Wyndham chain, until complete “renovations”; it is not up on the regular standards.
