The first night was great. Lots of steps though. I got a text the next morning at 9:03 from the rental agency asking how our arrival was. I replied immediately that we love the place and it;s very clean but the outlets went out in the middle of the night iIn the bedroom I hadn’t heard back. At 12:18 I texted and asked any updates on the outlet. At 1:17 I was told where the breaker box was and to check it. I would have never found it on my own. I was able to flip the breaker and fix it.The next day at 8:18 I texted the rental agency that we did not have any hot water and that raccoons were living in the walls and woke us up. I immediately got a text asking us to check the breaker. I texted back that I had already checked the breaker and sent pictures of where the raccoons got in. We had to take cold showers. Not fun.I got a text back at 9:42 asking if it was the sinks and or the showers that didn’t have hot water. Also, they didn’t get my pics. I replied back that it was the whole place didn’t have hot water. We went hiking and emailed them the pics.We came back early afternoon. At 3:01 I texted and asked for a refund if we don’t get hot water. They immediately replied they have a plumber on call. Within 10 minutes someone showed up and fixed it. Good thing we were there. No one told us anyone was coming. We ended up with hot water and could take a warm shower. Nothing was ever done about the raccoons and they kept waking us up in the night.
