The staff was pleasant, but she took a long time looking for a junior suite room. Our room was on the first floor without any view. It was terribly outdated and unacceptable. Our second room from the same staff member was a 3rd floor room in better condition but still dated. We had a partial lake view. We were told that only a few of the junior suites have a lake view.

We have stayed here many times for gymnastics, just love it. The only issue I have ever had was this time at check in, when I book I normally choose the outside lake view lodging but Robert was not having it. When I asked he was very condescending about it. It was a busy check in and he was training a new person and maybe he was just over it, but I've never had someone act like that here. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. Either way it was a nice stay like normal.

Beautiful facility! pool was very warm one day but freezing the next day. Hot tub not working both days. Restaurant was not worth the money (off season?). Multiple room issues which the manager compensated us for and apologized. We would give it another shot sometime.

The rooms were very old. Old, dirty, and worn carpet in the room. Toilet clogged up. Shower and bathroom and room was very old style and needs upgraded and or remodeled. Restaurant food was very good. Service was pretty good.

We got away from kids for relaxing New Years. We loved the pool and hot tub. Bathroom needs updating as it looks like it hadn't been done since they opened i. The 60's. We did find washcloths attached to shower curtain so I wonder how well it was cleaned before we got there. The bed looked fine. We would definitely go back.
