The unit itself was nice and clean. The location was excellent, walkable to most of Ortisei. Communication with host was good and check in/out was smooth. They checked in on us frequently and were prompt answering any questions. The beds were very comfortable. However the photos for the listing were misleading, the unit had clearly been renovated with no fireplace liked pictured, and the hot tub pictured was not included, which was disappointing as we filtered our search to include a hot tub. Some basic ammenities were missing, including hand soap, paper towels, and there were no toiletries as advertised, as well as no extra bedding or hand towels for the kitchen. The washing machine was also broken by previous guests, which is no fault of the hosts, however they didn't offer any alternatives to address it. The room with twin beds got to be stuffy due to there not being windows to open and there wasn't a fan in the unit to help with air circulation. Overall, it was a great unit and the hosts were kind and responsive, but there's room for improvement.
