Your app failed to point out that the Hilton resort we chose had no outdoor pool - it was closed for construction. We should have left and insisted on a refund. After spending the first night we discovered the A/C wasn't working, it was fixed that afternoon, then stopped working again the next day. A/C had a leak, so we had to change rooms. The beach chairs provided were mostly broken or cracked. Update your stay information to keep someone else from making the same mistake! IMO - I shouldn't have to pay for any of the stay, but they did refund the first two nights and the entire resort fee - which is a joke without resort amenities. I also chose what HOTELS.com was an OceanFRONT room but those were all under construction too.
