The food options onsite were excellent and reasonably priced. Everything was very fresh and delicious. The bed was very firm; rooms were clean. The amenities were awesome and staff was excellent. Would definitely stay here again! Also, they super accommodating with my dogs, which really made the stay even better!

Not five-star service, especially around F&B

Check-in was painfully slow with long lines, which set the tone. The room itself was large and comfortable, but the biggest miss was food and beverage. Brunch options are very limited and lunch felt heavy and inflexible. At 11:00 a.m. we were refused a simple eggs-and-toast request because breakfast had just ended—surprising at a hotel claiming five-star service. The little café with ice cream and matcha shakes is a nice touch, but it doesn’t make up for the lack of a proper late-morning menu. Staffing also seemed thin: on a Saturday night there was only one doorman and no bellman available to bring a delivery to the room. Overall, this felt like a solid four-star property—not a true five-star. I wouldn’t choose it again. Four Seasons (and even Grand Floridian) delivered a far superior experience. I can’t think of a reason to return unless there are no other options.

Being a Florida resident we go to Disney often and have stayed in almost every nice hotel both on Disney property and off. After we found the Waldorf we haven't stayed anywhere else. It's perfect. We love the hotel, the grounds, the dining etc. It's also considered a Disney hotel so you get to go early to the parks and they have convenient and free shuttles to take you to the parks or Disney Springs. Also it's newly renovated (not that it was needed) and they did a wonderful job with the refresh!
