Had several issues with the community people at the entrance gates. My passes did not work all week and when I waited for HOURS at the front gate to be treated with sarcasm and blame problem on the people who rented the house. I had contacted the company about the issue and they had stated it was fixed. After the second time I contacted them about it, they just did not respond only to give me check out instructions. I was so disappointed. We had stayed at this house in 2024 and the location was great. Now it just seems like we had continued problems. When we first arrived I informed the company of some broken furniture and they sent someone over the following day to look at it.
