Had several issues with the community people at the entrance gates. My passes did not work all week and when I waited for HOURS at the front gate to be treated with sarcasm and blame problem on the people who rented the house. I had contacted the company about the issue and they had stated it was fixed. After the second time I contacted them about it, they just did not respond only to give me check out instructions. I was so disappointed. We had stayed at this house in 2024 and the location was great. Now it just seems like we had continued problems. When we first arrived I informed the company of some broken furniture and they sent someone over the following day to look at it.

We had a great time at this house. The house was really nice and clean. We didnt have any issues with the house. The pool was just what we were looking for. This was the first time in this resort and we will diffently be back. I would rent this house again . Hopefully next year. The host was very nice and always got back to us asap. Thanks again for a great trip.

The pool was used by every member in our party at least once. The hot tub was a hit every night after all the walking done at Disney. It was great to be able to come in the house as soon as we got out. And the safety fence worked perfectly for our 3 year old.

We had an amazing stay! The home was incredibly clean, spacious, and felt very safe, which was really important to us. The security gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed and super convenient. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and worry-free stay!

Place was awesome, everyone had their on space. Close to everything but out of all the traffic. Security doesn’t mess around either, they check to make sure the right people are coming in, with kids, we felt very safe.

The dishes were mostly dirty when we arrived, but everything else went super well! It is REALLY hot upstairs so be prepared for that. It would then get randomly cold at night. The pool being heated was GREAT. The grill worked just fine and there was plenty of space for everyone.

Everything was in great condition. The toaster didn’t seem to be working properly but a new one was delivered as soon as we contacted host. The pool was great—nice and warm even on cooler days. The beds were very comfortable although some were rather squeaky. The kids had a great time in the game room. The kitchen had plenty of utensils, silverware, plates, and pots and pans. The rooms were nice and roomy although a few more towel racks in the bathroom would be great. I would also suggest a simple, inexpensive improvement. Hooks on the back of doors (bedroom and bathroom) would be very helpful. Nothing to do with the house, but the resort needs to fix the entrance problem. Waiting a half hour or more just to get in the resort was very frustrating

The gouse was great, however there was no toilet paper or paper towel there when we got there. Few things were broken, but all in all it was a great place! Good communication throughout the whole process.I will say though, the gaurds at the gate are absolute jerks to guests. Terrible with people.

The house was extremely hot, after multiple times of host trying to get a technician to fix it, and us thinking it was fixed, it kept going to 80-81 without us touching it. The home needs a deep cleaning, it has a bad smell. Also the furniture and appliances are falling apart.There was a safety hazard on the stairs where my niece fell and got hurt, also my brother tripped as well. To have a pregnant woman and elderly room in those conditions was unacceptable. The fans didn’t work and filthy. The old filter that the technician changed was not discarded and left in the home which affected those including myself with allergies. The grill did not work on the party day when I specifically asked the host about using a grill or if I could bring my own. There should be some type of refund for these inconvenience because it affected our trip. We were very unhappy and uncomfortable in that home

Stay was comfortable loved the location getting into the area was kinda messy the traffic was horrible at the gate…pool never cleared up so we weren’t able to use it much otherwise the stay was great we had 19 ppl and everyone slept comfortably
