The house was great, very clean and the hosts were very quick to respond to all my questions. The pool temp and was perfect and it was nice to come back from the parks and use the hot tub. The kids enjoyed playing air hockey and ski ball. Disney world is a shortDrive from the house. I would definitely recommend this Vrbo for your Disney trip!

My family and I spend Thanksgiving break at Windsor Hills for over 13 yrs. This house was definitely in our top 5. There was ample space for everyone warm pool and spa for the fall weather. My daughter and I enjoyed watching Wicked and the new season of stranger things in the movie room. Area was nice and quiet. Communication with owners was swift. Thanks for a great stay and we hope to come back again.

Amazing family-friendly house

We absolutely loved this house. It was our family of 4, two kids ages 6 and 2. It was super clean and so much room. The game room, theater and pool were a huge hit with all of us. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and everything was clean and organized. I loved there was a child lock on both doors and a fence around the pool for piece of mind. We just checked out this morning and are already planning to book again in August! Perfect location too.

Perfect Family Vacation House

Really enjoyed our stay here. Jonathan was very responsive and accommodating. Pool was great with plenty of toys for the kids. Full bathroom for every bedroom was super convenient. House was clean and comfortable. Game room and theater were a bonus!

Lovely well positioned villa not overlooked by other villas at the back. The villa is nicely decorated and well looked after.The kitchen is fully equiped with many appliances and a generous supply of all kitchen needs. The bedrooms are big, bright and airy. There is a generous supply of linens throughout. The pool and spa are ideal to relax in with the lanae giving respite from the sun which the pool gets for a large part of the day. We have a 1 year old and there was a cot, highchair and other baby equipment available for us to use. Windsor Hills is an ideal location being close to the 192 and the I4 for access to Disney and other attractions. The communal facilities were a bonus especially the gym and the childrens pool and play park. Kaitlyn was a pleasure to deal with from booking the villa to any queries I had. She replied quickly and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. If we return to Florida I would be more than happy to rent this villa again.

Multi-generational Family Vacation

Great house, great location, responsive property hosts. 3 Master suites on ground floor were great for 3 adult couples including one senior adult couple. 2 Upstairs rooms gave teens/young adults their own space. Good open gathering space downstairs for our party of 10. Theater room was fun for watching big games and a movie. Resort amenities are within walking distance of house and would be even better with more cooperative weather. Proximity to Disney parks was fantastic! Highly recommend.

Exceeded Expectations

My family enjoyed the entire stay at this property, from the ease of checking in, fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare big meals, nice pool and spa, to the community pool and water park! Oh, I can’t forget the theater with microwave for popcorn! We definitely plan to reserve our stay here again!

Great house in a great location

House was clean and as described. Check-in was easy. Owners were responsive to questions. The Windsor Hills location offers many services and is very close to Disney as well as many restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a great Disney stay for our family

We had 8 people, including 2 teenagers, and this was a great property. Check-in line to get registered with the (gated) neighborhood was really long 4-5p, so arrive a little earlier on the 1st day if possible. Owner was great about offering suggestions and guidance re: shopping and food deliveries, house and pool were terrific for gathering and enjoying in between times at the Disney Parks. We had rental cars and driving was easy to and from the parks - good signage.

Lovely, Clean Home!

Great rental property in one of the best communities in Orlando. So close to Disney, well-kept property, updated kitchen, fresh clean bedrooms, wonderful private pool and very responsive property owners. Definitely recommend!

Memories during Spring Break

My family and I had a wonderful time in a great place to vacation. The home was perfect. It had plenty of space and rooms for my daughters and their friends. The appliances were up to date and the kids really enjoyed the pool and the access to the public pool. We played a lot of tennis at the courts and I enjoyed the weight room.

Our recent stay at this house was all we could have asked for. Despite some glitches the hosts responded very quickly and tried to remedy things as best they could. Great location and lots of privacy for everyone. Would definitely book again

Beautiful Home!

This house is beautiful! I have stayed at many rental homes in my life and this one was by far the best equipped. There were so many things most places don’t think about that make your trip easier- plenty of laundry baskets and hangers, hair dryers in the rooms, every kitchen item you could ever think of (there’s even an electric skillet and crock pot). If you plan to cook, this place is for you. At one point I needed a chip clip and thought I found the one thing this home didn’t have, and behold I found four in the cupboard! The theatre room was a huge hit and it was so helpful being able to do laundry right there. The community pool was super fun for the kids (but crowded by midday- go early to snag a chair) and my daughter loved the castle playground nearby. We went to Disney parks 2 days and had no issues with the short drive. I will never go back to a Disney resort after experiencing the convenience and amenities of having a whole house. We will definitely return!

Wonderful House for Disney World Trip!

We had an amazing time staying at this house in Windsor Hills. The locations is close to all attractions and has many amenities for off days. The house is packed with everything needed for your stay. Beach towels for house pool and hot tub, stocked kitchen for any meal you would want to prepare, nice dining and breakfast area, and lots of comfy beds. Let me tell you about the movie room...it is amazing!!! Wonderful for movies, favorite children's shows, and don't forget the big game. Had a Fantabulous Time and will be back!!!

Perfect Vacation Spot

This property was the perfect spot for our family. It’s in a great location- so close to stores, restaurants and fun things to do. And we loved all the different amenities of the community as well. The kids loved playing at the playgrounds within the community and had so much fun swimming and playing in the arcade at the community clubhouse. The private pool and hot tub were great and the theater room in the house was a lot of fun for our family. The kitchen was beautiful and well-stocked. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. I definitely recommend this property!

This is a great vacation rental property with ample space for whole family, pool, upgraded kitchen, theatre room. Few suggestion- For longer stay, need to include more accessories like toilet tissues, trash bags, dish washing detergent.. Also need covers for dining table chairs… Really enjoyed our stay here. Will come back again.
