The house was perfect for our family of 11. The kitchen was neat and well-appointed (although we did not do alot of heavy cooking). The pool area was perfect for the kids and adults enjoyed the hot tub. We LOVED the checkout process which was, take out the garbage. That was all! Great price, great location, will recommend to all our friends coming to Disney!

Water pressure in 2 of the bathroom showers was very weak, suggest soaking shower heads in cleaner or replace them. Clothe dryers took addition cycles to dry clothes, vents may be clogged.

Place was amazing. Well appointed, clean and huge. There were 10 of us and we hardly saw each other. Game room has been update from the pics and has even more games. Pool was great as well as the theater room. Close to everything and only 15 min from Disney. Would recommend and would definitely stay again. Host was extremely responsive and answered every question. Usually within minutes.

The host was great. Communicated well. The stuff advertised was not in the house. House needs maintenance done. Game room was missing games and pool table was broken. Several televisions did not work. Movie theater room was not what was pictured. The chairs were falling apart, bulb in the projector is going out. Living room furniture and patio furniture is not whats in the picture and has stains all over them. This unit needs work or atleast updated photos since the current ones a very misleading.

There were some issues. The refgerator door was wonkey. A few broken things . no toilet paper / towels / dish soap / sponge / anda few other things. The house was amazing !!

This property was exceptional- very spacious, fully equipped kitchen, game room, home theatre- great family area and dining spaces - well-appointed and spacious bedrooms. Too cold to swim, but great pool and patio. Everything we needed was provided and the communication was the best I have ever experienced. Quick responses to questions and very gracious. Would definitely stay here the next time we’re in Orlando.

House served us well. Christmas tree needed some attention. Hot tub was not hot, it was actually cool! Entry gate was broken. We had to call each time to get in. Hot water was lacking when you have so many trying to shower/bathes even when we split up taking them (some in the am and some at night) Trash pick up was wonderful. Supplies inside the condo were plentiful- thanks! 2 sets of washers/dryers was very nice. Theater room was a huge hit with the kids.

This house was great for my family trip to Disney. The kids absolutely loved the game room and the pool was amazing. No complaints at all. The only thing I would say when renting this house is to understand the layout of the bathrooms and that some are Jack and Jill set up. I didn’t get that information from the description so I thought each room had a dedicated bathroom. It wasn’t an issue for us but something to keep in mind. Would definitely rent this house again rather than staying on resort!!

Everything was good, house was clean, and when we had issues they came right out and fixed them. The only reason I am not giving a 5 star review is because we had an issue with the heat of the pool and them not locking the door back up, they took a few days longer to turn it on for us then they claimed to at first, and left our door open the day that they did, which we can all make mistakes on, they were quick to make that part of the stay right. Other than that, very well maintained, attentive, and good experience. I would stay here again!

Great location and house is as advertised. Easy communication with property owners. Only trick is trying to access the gate closest to house and rule of thump is just push the button and they will ring you in. Our group of 9 was completely comfortable and had more than enough room. We would definitely return to this property.

Very accommodating and responsive host. Property was perfect for our get together and home was what you saw in the photos. Pool, spa and game room was enjoyed by all. Location very convenient to the parks, shopping and restaurants.

The game room was a hit with the whole family! I appreciated the large kitchen space when it came to food prep. We were in town for our youngest son‘s wedding and I catered the entire thing. The kitchen gave me plenty of space to prepare a meal for 60 people. (Wedding and reception was held offsite so the size of the refrigerator was good for all the food storage too.) the kids enjoyed the princess and Star Wars bedrooms. Everyone enjoyed the pool in hot tub.

This place is truly outfit for everything you need to enjoy a vacation. The amenities for kids were really a nice addition - high chairs, potties, pack n play. My only qualm was that when you receive the address on VRBO, it is the clubhouse of the resort - because this listing is for multiple houses that are designed and set up the same. It’s not a huge deal but I had set up grocery deliveries and sent everyone attending that address not realizing that Diamond Vacation emails you the actual address the day or two before your check-in. It caused some hiccups but I will admit I could have caught it sooner than I did - I just wasn’t expecting to be looking for a different address.

Aw lovely clean villa - pool on small side but more than adequate! Lovely facilities however host does need to check that all the remotes are in place and working . We were unable to use the cinema room as it wasn’t working due to missing remotes! Otherwise a lovely stay- did what it said on the tin!

It is a perfect house for 8 adults and 10 kids!!! Everything was perfect. House was exactly as pictures. Loved the water behind the lake!! Someone mentioned a negative about not having enough hot water but with all those people we never ran out of hot water. Pool temperature was perfect for day and night swimming. Would definitely go back to that house again!
