We came into town for the Universal parks, and this place was exactly what we were looking for. Epic Universe is just a few mins away by car, and the other parks are less than 10 mins away. Very clean and comfortable, with plenty of space for our party of 5. Rosely was a great host, and she responds quickly to messages. The check-in and check-out processes were very easy. Just a couple things of note, but did not negatively impact our stay -- I do wish there were some dishwasher packs and laundry detergent pods for use. I understand those can be a bit expensive, but it would have been nice to not have to buy our own just to run one dishwasher cycle. But overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely recommend if we had friends traveling to the area.

we enjoyed staying here during my daughter's volleyball tournament at the Orange County convention center. It was comfortable and clean and close to the venue that we needed to attend every day we give it five stars.

Very Good

Place is very close to Convention Center. The pool is a bit of a walk so you should be aware if you have kids. Also, there’s only 1 AC zone on the middle floor, so the bedrooms upstairs were stuffy, making it uncomfortable to sleep.

Overall our stay was great. Just 2 things I would mention to someone looking to book, there are no pool towels so you need to bring your own and each bathroom only had 1 washcloth so you either had to share or the second person didn’t get one. It is right across the street from the new Epic Universe parks so close you could walk!!

Exceptional host

Rosaly is super responsive. She responded to inquiries within a couple hours at the longest. And she also was a quick problem solver. The only thing we would suggest is that basics - oil, salt, pepper - be supplied. But that is so minor that it is not a problem.

Family of 7

Property was very clean, comfortable beds, beautiful home, wonderful location! The resort has a beautiful heated pool to relax and have cocktails. A few cons for a family... because of limited towels, a family of 7 must do laundry every day to have clean towels. When headed to the park, we had to start a load before leaving only to return to have to wait for towels to dry. Dishes/utensils was the same. Not enough for a family of 7.. we could have washed dishes by hand, but there were no dish towels available. No pool towels available, so you must pack your own. We would definitely return if it were just my husband and I, as these cons would not apply. Our entire family would also return if home would provide more towels, dishes, utensils as this was an inconvenience. Property manager was very pleasant and for the most part would reply immediately to any questions we had. All in all, we had a wonderful stay!!! 😊

Great for a family of 6

The property was clean and well equipped. It was perfect for our family of 4 plus grandparents. Everything about it was exactly as described. We had a very busy agenda while on vacation so we didn't use the kitchen much or spend much time there, but enjoyed the time in the mornings and evenings. Loved that the trash can be picked up daily!
