Lovely stay!

This was a last minute one night stay and it worked great! Space was clean, comfortable and spacious! The kids didn’t even want to go out to dinner - they just wanted to enjoy the comfy space! Communication was good and the gate/amenities staff were helpful.

Good spot

We recently stayed at this condo apartment and overall had a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The unit itself was clean upon arrival, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at home. But what really stood out were the beautifully maintained grounds and the various pools we could use.The landscaping around the property is well-maintained. A lot of care goes into keeping the outdoor spaces looking their best. The pool area was a real highlight with plenty of options for the kids. Waterslides, lazy rivers, tubes, and even a splash pad.That said, there were a couple of things that could use improvement. The mattresses in the 2 main bedrooms were not especially comfortable, way too soft and lumpy, and almost felt broken, which made it hard to get a restful night’s sleep. Also, while the condo was well-kept, a few of the interior details—like outdated hardware or minor scuffs on the walls—could use a little refresh to really bring the space up to its full potential.In summary, this condo has a lot going for it, particularly the serene, resort-like outdoor amenities. With a few updates and a more comfortable bed, it could be a five-star experience. Still, we enjoyed our time here and appreciated the peaceful setting.

Great place

This was an incredible property located in close proximity to Disney and other area attractions. It has a really nice water park/resort area with no additional fees. There were four adults and two kids in our group. This was the perfect amount of space for that number. The third bedroom/game room is best suited for kids. There is also a pull out bed. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this property to anyone.

This unit was modernly and tastefully decorated, clean, and spacious. We were 4 adults, 2 kids and a baby and had a comfortable amount of room for us as be all our stuff. The kitchen was well-equipped with things to cook and eat with/on but things like oil, butter, salt & pepper you have to provide yourself. There's a pool across the road from this unit and a 5ish min walk away is the Hideaway Club with waterslides (46" and up), splash pad, pool and hot tub and wifi. We spent most of our days here and in-unit and we were all very happy. You may find surprises left behind by previous guests like chairs and umbrellas (which came in handy for our beach day) and a pack n play. The property is a close drive to Walmart, Publix, Target, and Dollar General (5ish min) as well as attractions (20ish minutes) We would definitely book here again!

Nice!

Loved this condo! We definitely made use of the fusball table, we had a lot of fun. Exactly as shown on the pictures. We didn’t have time to use playground or pool facilities. The condo itself was perfect and the staff at the security gate was also kind.

Poor security

The unit was was fairly nice, the dryer did not work. Our car as well as 3 others in the parking lot were broken into (windows broken out). When I told the security guard at the gate about it, he showed little concern. When I asked if this happened very often, his reply was- it has happened in the last several months. We checked out 3 days after the break in and the broken glass from all 4 cars was still all over the pavement in the parking lot.

Golf trip!

We came to Orlando for a couples golf trip. This location was within a few miles of all the courses we wanted to play, lots of yummy restaurants, and shopping. The resort was a nice place to hang out too! Thanks!

Beautiful condo

The condo is very beautiful. Beds were comfy, lots of dishes for the kitchen and cooking. I would say negatives are the surrounding property area is dirty and needs taken care of. Trash everywhere, trash shoot was rotting and smelled, elevator and buttons were broken off, paint chips, cracks just not very good first impression. The gate check in employees were not friendly. I didn’t think the property manager was very friendly as well. I asked about late check out and was completely dismissed about it. They were very pushy about things they needed from us but when we asked for something it was always a no. I just hope the owner of the property knows this. Condo is very pretty though and looks exactly as the photos.

Super clean property, top pick!

Had a bit of trouble getting into the property bc the code given wasn’t working, But after that was delay with we had a great stay. The home was great and including everything you could need, they even had an extra stroller which was amazing bc we somehow forgot ours. The pool area was so much fun and the property had pool towel for us to use. Very relaxing stay and will definitely book with them again for our next Disney trip!

Very nice condo

Great experience! First time using VRBO and would do it again. The condo was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Very close to pool, lazy river and outdoor bar, which had great food and drinks. Was fun to play minigolf in the middle of the pool/lazy river complex. Opportunities to kayak on the pond surrounding the complex. Daughter enjoyed it and wants to return. Thanks to our host!

Great Property and Minutes from Disney

We had a great stay! We used the property as a home base while we took in the Orlando attractions including Disney which is *literally* down the street (Osceola Pkwy). We spent two full days on the property enjoying the water slides, lazy river and heated pool. The unit was well stocked; I really appreciated the tupperware to store leftovers in! Walmart and Publix are close by making breakfasts, lunches and the inevitable things you forgot to pack easy to solve for. We had a little trouble with a tv upon check in and the communication with the property management company was excellent. We really enjoyed the foosball table! A side note on the mgmt company itself: After we booked, they asked for pics of my credit card (with my name, the last 4 and exp date visible) and a selfie with my photo id (with only my name, address and picture showing). My concern for fraud spiked immediately, but decided to research. I read a note that pointed out that the practice is the same as commercial hotel - they ask for your credit card and photo ID at check in. This was an electronic replication of that. The request is also noted in listing itself, but I'd missed it initially. We decided that the info requested (except for the photos) was already part of our reservation and proceeded. Always do your own research, but I wanted to share my initial concerns about the practice and that we had ZERO issues as a result of it. We would stay at this property again and would recommend it to others.

Perfect for family of three

This is a great place to enjoy your vacation! It is convenient and within 30 minuets drive to all the important theme parks around. It included everything that we needed to be comfortable and at home. We went to SeaWorld, Animal Kingdom, and Universal Studious, and it was great to relax in there after a tiring day. I feel that it s a great place to stay for your vacation.

Great property/location

Great place to stay. Conveniently located to theme parks and local supermarkets. Apartment was as described and beautiful. Amenities were fantastic for little kids; our daughter is 4 and had a blast at the water park. Bare minimum supplies in terms of towels/linens and cookware/dishes. Essentially no cell service, at least for t-mobile and at&t and internet basically did not work for the time we were there. Good communication between property managers, but unable to get clear response as to why internet/cable would not work. Would stay again, but beware of no connectivity.

Excellent Stay

We stayed here for 5 nights when we went to Disney. Orlando offers a lot to see an do. We loved the cleanliness of the condo. Has all amenities you need. Only downfall was no sugar to make coffee. Gate was a problem getting into the complex as well on a Friday. From 3pm to 10 pm line was wrapped around building. Even when you already had a pass the guard at the gate wouldn't let you in. I called property management and they were not helpful. Otherwise i loved this place.
