The room was clean and the staff was great. The only inconvenience was that our room neighbors were smoking pot and the smell swept into our rooms and they were really loud until past 1am.

Check in when pretty smooth until I find out we had to pay a fee to use the parking area . I think this should be added to the description of the hotel so it won’t surprise anyone. I also noticed some of the rooms seem to be long term guest. Other than that been able to have a short walk to the ICON park was one of the best part of staying in this hotel .

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 2 weeks. After 9 days we had to be transferred downstairs bc my boyfriend had surgery. The second room they put us in stank & looked like mold was in the shower. The worst part i woke up after the 2nd night in the new room, which was handicap accessible, with a spider bite. Well the spider bite got so bad it left me septic. Im in the hospital right now dealing with the aftermath.

Great stay

You get what you paid for the room cleanliness was good. First room we checked in the lights flickered and we let the front desk know and they were just so amazing and understanding they didn’t hesitate to switch rooms for us. You feel safe they have security at each entrance but be aware there is a parking fee. But you can’t put price to safety.
