This large 3 bedroom, 3 bath home is always well maintained. Enjoy new furniture in each room, luxury vinyl, plank flooring, new decor and bedding. There are 4 flat screen TV’s, central air conditioning/heat, and each of the main rooms have ceiling fans. The master bedroom has its own balcony, New King size bed and Master bath suite with soaking tub after a long day at the park, walk in closet and flat screen TV. The 2nd bedroom is a brand new Mickey & Minnie themed room you'll love. It has it's own en-suite, twin beds, ceiling fan, closet, & TV. The 3rd bedroom is on the main level. It has a New Queen size bed with TV and large walk in closet. The main level also has a full bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped to allow you to eat in and includes: oven, large fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, pots and utensils. Eat at the counter or at the dining table. Relax on the new sofa. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. All bed linen is provided. A hairdryer is provided. All towels are provided. Wireless high speed internet access is available in the house free of charge. The unit is self catering. Initial supplies of toilet paper, toiletries will be provided on arrival. Additional supplies, together with washing machine and dishwasher detergent, are the responsibility of the guests.
