Everything about our stay was perfect, except for a couple of minor issues. The AC controller on the wall was a bit tricky. We had to call the front desk every morning to get it working. Also, the bathroom tended to smell a bit funky overnight, probably due to the humidity since there was no ventilation.

What we love here is it’s a family friendly hotel, and the pool is superb, it’s clean and open till 11pm, where kids can still enjoy the pool after a day in Disney. They could add another toaster to shorten the line of waiting. Overall I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Hicimos el check in y nos dieron la habitación equivocada, resulta que en la madrugada llegaron los huéspedes de la habitación y ellos vivieron a entregara la habitación donde estábamos y en la madrugada intentaron abrir nuestra puerta , por suerte está con seguro y luego del check in nos llamaron a las 3:00 am para explicarnos los que había sucedido ! Muy peligroso por suerte no abrieron nuestra puerta ! Fue tan triste por que ni disculpas nos dieron

I really liked this hotel! The service was great! They were even able to get me an early check in since the hotel wasn't too packed when I got there. The room was clean and had all I needed (microwave, large fridge, dish washer, etc.) The surrounding area was nice, quiet, and felt safe! Although, I didn't swim, the pool looked really nice! The all you can eat breakfast was pretty good! It consisted of eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, pancakes, etc. I also liked that it is fairly close to Disney. I would definitely recommend staying here!

We've stayed here several times, they now play music at the pool but it's rather loud and reminded me of a resort type hotel, which is what I was avoiding... So it's not as quiet as it used to be. Staff was friendly, the bar, restaurant, and breakfast options were great as always. Clean and well run.
