Our stay at this vacation rental was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend it to other travelers. We experienced multiple problems throughout our stay, starting with broken chairs and a filthy, stained carpet that clearly had not been cleaned. The tub in one of the themed bedrooms did not drain properly, and we later discovered that one of the king mattresses was soiled which is a major hygiene concern, especially since there were no mattress protectors on the beds. From my understanding, Florida has hygiene and sanitation requirements for lodging, including proper protection and maintenance of mattresses. This property did not appear to meet those basic standards, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness and guest safety.For two days, the fire alarms continuously beeped due to outdated batteries, disrupting our sleep and adding unnecessary stress to the trip. Despite notifying the owner, communication was slow and the issues were not addressed in a timely manner. When we requested a partial refund due to the severity of these problems, the owner only offered a minimal amount that did not reflect the impact on our stay.Overall, this property was poorly maintained, and the lack of responsiveness from the owner made the experience even more frustrating. I would strongly suggest choosing another rental in this neighborhood.

Excellent place to stay. So close to Disney. The house was immaculate and we really liked the pool and the games room. Felt very secure and the owner was really helpful and easy to communicate with.

As someone who is a very clean person. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the house. We utilized the garage / games the most. The kitchen had everything we needed. We cooked breakfast both mornings. Clorox wipes or a cleaner would have been nice so I can clean the tables and counters with but other than that, Beds were comfy and showers were cleaned and water pressure was great.

The property is located inside a gated resort community. Situated one exit from Disney Springs, and really close to quite a few desired stores and retail locations. Pool area was clean and the hot tub actually got hot. Overall great property and friendly staff with added piece of mind that comes from a secure and safe area.

Great Location but beware of traffic

The location of this property was great - just a few miles from Disney but it took us almost 45 mins to get home after the parks! The house was great and management was super responsive. The only gripe I had was that the bed in the master bedroom was not comfortable, but it was manageable. Some of the kitchenware could be replaced but, again, it was useable. The arcade in the neighborhood center was broken during our stay, but the kids didn't even seem to mind since the house was stocked with a really cool game room. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

No complaints!

Photos and descriptions are accurate. Host was pleasant, communicative, and accommodating. Having dedicated bathrooms with each bedroom was a treat. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking in. We received enough basics to get us started, e.g., trash bags, dish and bath soap, shampoo, paper towels, and toilet paper. A couple of very minor maintenance issues (normal wear in a high-volume rental) were noted yet were not bothersome.
We love having an enclosed, private, heated pool and hot tub!

Great house for a trip to Disney World

The house was clean, close to Disney parks and it was so nice to have a bathroom for every bedroom. We loved it! Scott was quick to reply to our questions and very helpful. Would recommend!

Cold hot tub

This home was great, but the hot tub never got hot! Some in our group were looking forward to sitting in the hot tub, but the temperature never got higher than the pool. Even if we turned on the timer in the morning, the tub wasn't hot by evening.

Fantastic Stay

The house is exactly as depicted in listing. It has 3 bedrooms on main floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs. All with en-suite bathrooms. Very nice screened in pool and a nice green area with a beautiful large tree behind the house with space so that it doesn’t look directly onto backyard neighbors. The house has a garage that was converted into a “play” room with skeet ball and a pool table. We traveled with adult children and grandchildren who enjoyed the house on our “off” days. The Windsor Hills resort is a gated, guarded community. The kids also enjoyed the common pool and the water park and slides. And importantly, a big shout out to owner, Scott, who answered my many questions pretty much immediately. Overall great experience and would highly recommend this home and the super responsive owner.

Fantastic Home Away From Home

The house is extremely clean and the layout is perfect for a family getaway. The location is convenient to all Disney parks. The water park in Windsor Hills was enjoyed a number of times. We also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere of the private pool at the house. We had a wonderful time!

Family vacation

The house and location was ideal for anyone wanting to stay near Disney. We Ubered everywhere and it worked perfectly. The house itself was spacious and larger enough to suit our needs. We did find the house (as a rental gets to be) a little tired and need of some maintenance. The two TV's upstairs did not work, the dishwasher really didn't clean all that well. The pool heat that we paid for really didn't keep it all that warm. The downstairs bathroom (that was the common used one) door did not lock to the hallway. The tub in that bathroom was very slow to drain. Lights in several areas needed replacing as they were burnt out. The big issue for us was the lack of towels. There were 10 of us. There were two bath towels in each bathroom, 1 hand towel and 1 facecloth. There were only 4 beach towels total. I did message the host about this but there was nothing done. Overall though it was a fantastic vacation and we would use a VRBO again rather than renting several hotel rooms.

Great stay and great host!

The perfect location if you’re doing Disney. It’s a bit far from beaches, but Rock Springs and Canaveral National Seashore were close enough and well worth the drive. The watersides at the public pool were enjoyed by all. The pool in the backyard was perfect and used everyday. Make sure to pay for the heating if you visit in the winter. Everything was clean and the host was very quick to respond with any questions we had. Sometimes the front door doesn’t latch shut so we just made sure to always lock it.

Lovely home and responsive host

The house was very clean and welcoming. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub very much. The game room was fun and the beds were comfortable. The only contact we had with the property manager (or owner, not sure which) was attended to quickly and we had no issues while we were there. Windsor Hills is a great neighborhood and we loved the amenities there. Would suggest that neighborhood to anyone looking for a vacation rental in Kissimmee.

Disney Vacation

Very impressed with the property. Close to Disney and gives you a chance to decompress from crowds. We took a day off from the parks and enjoyed sleeping in, the private pool and the community pool. Also close to Disney Springs and Orlando attractions. Clean house and every bedroom had an en suite bathroom.
