Communications with the owner were fantastic! We have stayed in an exact duplicate in the same neighborhood before and this house was in 1000% better condition. Ross checked on us 1/2 through the reservation to make sure everything was going good. The house was disguised, very well appointed and stunningly clean! I will absolutely reserve this house for our trip there. Thank you for such a fantastic vacation!

Spacious home with everything needed for 3 families to enjoy together. Close to Disney and Universal Studios. Plenty of shopping close by. We felt very SAFE due to the security patrol that was often seen driving around. Would definitely stay here again.

Magical Christmas

This big, beautiful house helped to make our family Christmas magical. This is a great location for day trips to the theme parks and then unwinding in the hot tub at night. The well-appointed kitchen is perfect for cooking big family meals. There is plenty of space for the family to spread out and we really appreciated the beautiful Christmas tree that was set up for us to enjoy. Thank you so much!

Perfection!!

12 family members stayed here for our First Disney Trip with the grandkids. Every park is 20 minutes away. The hosts are fabulous and communicated quickly for any questions we had before we arrived and even called to ensure we were able to use the pool IPad. The home is beautiful and has anything you would need in the kitchen. The rooms are BIG and there is plenty of space to be together in or outside as well as space to separate for quiet time. The pool is well maintained and the safety alarm and fence are great. We would stay here again and will only book here the next time we come down. Do yourself a favor and don't look any further- book here! Deb

Awesome Place

We have travelled to Orlando many times. There has always been as issue, sometimes large and sometimes small. This location had NO issues what so ever. This place had everything we needed. Broom, vacuum, cleaning supplies, cooking utensils, bowls, plates cups blender and much more. We were here for 3 weeks and had no need to buy everyday things like salt & pepper, plastic wrap and such. Rosa’s communication was great. She even checked with us a few days after arriving to ensure everything was good. It was. Highly recommend this location for a large family who wants to enjoy their holiday.

Simply a good time with the family

If I'm honest, I was a bit unsure about booking the accommodation from Europe based only on the pictures and the reference reports. However, the uncertainty was quickly taken away because Rosa (owner) answered very quickly and always competently and is a very helpful hostess. As we arrived much later than expected, she was even able to organise someone for me to take delivery of the food that had been delivered. That is a really great service. Thank you very much again Rosa. The house is furnished as shown in the pictures. The beds are very comfortable and this is what everyone in my family said. The cleanliness is also very good. I can only recommend the house. What we didn't like so much was the clubhouse. The water there was sometimes dirty and we didn't feel comfortable. Of course, this is possible because there were a lot of people, but swimming in dirty water (Lazy River) is no fun. That's why we only visited it twice. Conclusion: I can recommend the accommodation with a good conscience.

Very nice place!

Awesome property. Very nice and clean. Would stay again. Had an issue with the washing machine while there but Rosa was very helpful trying to get it resolved. She was very quick to respond. I would recommend.

Family reunion

The house is so beautiful. There were 8 adults and 5 kids and we all had so much room to enjoy ourselves. The pool was a big hit with the kids. If we have another reunion in Orlando i will definitely rent this house. The house is beautiful and amazing.

Great Vacation Property

This property had all the amenities needed for a great vacation for family - all ages from seniors to school age kids - enough bedrooms and baths to accommodate 14 guests - the lazy river and splash pad were an instant hit for all the kids - the house itself was roomy and enough space for all - the pool and spa was enjoyed by all. Lots of kitchen space and dishware was definitely a plus.

Great Spring Break Reunion

Even though we live on the Florida west coast, every spring break we travel to the Orlando area to enjoy staying in a resort home. My adult children and their kids always look forward to the adventure. For them, if they have pool access, it will be a great time. And so it was with this home. Full disclosure…when we arrived, the pool was not ready. Something had happened to the pool equipment to stop the circulation. Yuck! However, one call to the homeowner and the pool guy was there within the hour. The heated pool and spa were ready for action after dinner. And, when I could not figure out the TV settings, again, the owner was very helpful. It turned out that the previous vacationers had changed some settings. The owners get a gold star for their quick response to our concerns. The rest of the time was exactly what we needed. Lots and lots of good family times. The best reason to consider this home for your next vacation? The resort area was literally right across the street. Every day we walked over to the pool area #lazyriver, volleyball, playground, basketball, soccer, game room, or just a walk around the lake. This home is one that we will consider visiting again in the years to come.

Beautiful spacious home

This home easily accommodated our extended family of 7 adults and 6 school-age children comfortably. We especially loved the décor, the floor plan, the pool and patio furniture with plenty of seating, and the large grill. Our host Rosa was very responsive to some of our minor issues and sent a handyman to address them on the same day we called. Kitchen had ample plates, cups, glassware, kitchen tools, coffeemaker, & toaster. Also saw 2 large slowcookers, mixer & blender, but the stovetop and oven cookware were in very poor condition. No microwave dishes/lids. Other than a salt & pepper shaker, and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, you will need to supply everything else. Fortunately, Walmart and Publix are not far away. Our family loved the resort pool, lazy river, basketball, tennis, volleyball and free arcade and fitness room. The resort does not have any sports equipment to rent—we packed an extra suitcase with balls and rackets. There were some inflatable rings and pool noodles and toys in the lanai closet. There were 2 adult bicycles in the garage (may want to bring bike helmets). There was also a highchair, umbrella stroller (but soiled), and walker in garage. There were also 2 pack n plays upstairs and 3 kids’ bathroom stepstools. If planning to use top bunk in StarWars room, be aware no railing (may want to rent a bed rail). The top bunk in the other children’s room has a very low railing due to the thick mattress. We enjoyed this vacation home very much!

Christmas in Florida 2022

We loved the house and the resort. Something was wrong with the Pool and we ended up using it only the last night we were there. Owner refunded the heating fee. The pools at the clubhouse saved us and we were able to use those the other days. Wished the house had the basic things like toilet paper and trash bags, we ran out by the second day. Spices would’ve beend great too in the kitchen. We loved the house and the space that came with it. For a big family it’s great

Amazing Vacation Property

My wife and I took our three daughters and their families to this amazing home for five nights. There were fifteen of us and we had plenty of room to spread out. Everyone enjoyed the pool and spa. Rosa and Tom were excellent hosts. They responded quickly to a couple of minor issues. We would go back again.

Great house and resort

We combined our son's wedding in Orlando with a family reunion, so this house fit the bill perfectly with its many rooms and bathrooms. There are only 2 bedrooms that have bathrooms that are shared with people using living areas and there are two bedrooms that have a jack and Jill bathroom, but there are separate sink vanity areas on each side. The house is in great condition and clean. The community center is absolutely fantastic. Our grandchildren loved the pool there. Also loved the lazy river and sorry that we had no more time to enjoy the other amenities. As advice for future renters because VRBOs vary so much in what they provide: only salt and pepper there, no spices or oils, ice maker in fridge works but you'll need to supplement with bagged ice if you are using the house at capacity, there were two rolls of toilet papers in each bathroom and maybe 1 kleenex, but no other paper products, there were dishwasher tabs and dishwashing soap, no other cleaners. The house is really well stocked with plates, kids plates, utensils, containers, etc. There are two carseats, two strollers and a high chair and crib. Also a pool fence that we didn't use - doors to pool are alarmed and we liked that! Lots of dvds. The house's pool is great and there are pool toys aplenty. Bring your Sonos or other type speaker if you want music. 15 minute to half hour commute to Disney parks depending on traffic was our experience in off season of late october/early november.

Beautiful home

We had such a fun time staying at this property. We had more than enough room, even with 12 of us! All of the rooms had bathrooms attached, which was great. Plenty of towels and extra pillows and blankets were a bonus. The heated pool and hot tub were great for a couple chilly evenings. Would recommend it! Great locations to all the parks and grocery stores.

Great home close to all theme parks

Beautiful home with everything you need for a great vacation and close to everything you may have planned. A very well supplied kitchen, comfortable beds and easily accommodated our party of 12 which included two babies, with room to spare. Our hosts Rosa and Tony responded very quickly to any requests we had. We would certainly return to this property if it is available the next time we decide to vacation in Orlando area, and would recommend to any one travelling in a large party

Perfect Holiday Home

I won't go into a long review, however I will say that we did not have a single bad thing to say about the house. It was in a perfect location and my wife has found her dream kitchen. I would without a doubt book this house again if we were having another family trip to Orlando.
