The rental property was clean and met our expectations. We shared the space with friends we haven’t seen in a while. I loved that it was close to Universal a 7 min drive!! I definitely would recommend this location. The only thing that I wish was given a little earlier was the info to access the property as I was flying and the other party was driving so I could not give them the info when they arrived, since I was in the air with no service at times. So they had to wait around until we landed.

Beautiful property. Amazing location. So close to Epic Universal and walking distance to Walgreens and Publix. Resort pool is gorgeous and pool bar was great. Was a bit disappointed that 2 mile jogging track is no longer due to construction but still plenty of places to exercise. Unit itself is huge and had everything we needed. Cooked breakfast two days and kitchen was well stocked. Noise was an issue at times. Could hear a lot of noise from people above us. I'm a heavy sleeper so it didn't bother me but it did wake up some of my family. We would absolutely stay here again.

The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed, plates, pots, pans, and utensils, just bring your own food. The location was excellent, close to all the theme parks, outlet mall, and plenty of restaurants. The host was very friendly and quick to respond, which made everything easy and stress-free. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

I was pleasantly surprised on how nice and clean the rental was. The pool was great and the poolside bar made relaxing much easier. The rooms had lots of space so you never felt closed in with a lot of people. The property was just minutes away from Universal. I recommend the drop off or ride shares to get to the Universal parks. Please go around the corner to the brew house and say hi to Wes, he’s a great guy. Only negatives that we encountered was just some of the other people around could be noisy at times but that had nothing to do with the property. This is a great place for a bit of a larger group. Cheers!

The complex grounds were very well maintained, parking easy and abundant and the pools were lovely and so enjoyed by all. My only complaint was the squeaky interior doors in the condo that the owner was grateful to hear about and fix for the next guests.

Great host, great location. Only issue which will get resolved soon was the pool. The pool was down in the part of the complex we stayed. The other pool was not closed convenient at all and very crowded. Host could not control this. I would recommend this place.

Beautiful place, Great location

We were traveling for a competitive sports event. A few of us parents stayed together to minimize expenses. This place was clean, spacious, and conveniently located. I would stay here again. Loved it.

Great property but not as close to the parks as the listing describes.

The condo worked well for my family and our friends family. When we initially booked the listing stated that Universal Studios was walkable, 5 to 10 minutes, however that is not the case. It's about a 15-minute Drive, so we ended up having to drive and pay for parking each day. If you're planning on flying in and being able to walk to the parks, that is not an option so plan accordingly. We took a day off from parks to rest and unfortunately the complex swimming pool was closed for renovations so the property management company sent us out of the complex and down the road to a sister property to use. Not sure when the complex swimming pool will be reopened. Not the hosts fault, but it qould have been great to know ahead of time. Finally, it would have been great if the coffee pot was bigger. All four of the adults and one of the teenagers drink coffee and the small coffee pot made it to where we have to make three pots in the morning just so we could all get one cup. Overall, we would definitely book here again but just have slightly different expectations going in.
