We have stayed in Orlando many times. This was our first time at LaQuinta. We will not be staying there again. It was not clean and the facility in general was not well kept. The paint was peeling off the walls and just dirty overal. The elevator is on its last leg too.

I stayed with my family for three nights and I was honestly very disappointed. I didn't like the breakfast at all; it was terrible, and the towels and bed linens smelled very bad. There were also small cockroaches in my bathroom. Everything looked very neglected.

Rhe location is great. Just cross rhe street into icon park. The hotel is ok. Room was clean but it does need an upgrade. One elevator broken and so only 1 workingg and very slow so it got hectic to use. Room service was not daily. But the breakfast was terrible. No eggs or ham.. just waffles and cereal. Few options. Parking is paid.
