This hotel is an amazing place to stay for anyone- clean rooms, friendly and professional staff, a hotel bar and restaurant, pools and hot tub. As a parent of two young children, I loved that there was an arcade and indoor play gym. Will definitely recommend this to friends and family!

Sheets were bare in places because of usage. There was a surprise $20 resort fee per night that was never highlighted when I "fully" paid before booking. There is really 1 restaurant, a pizza place, that serves fair pizza at best, and it is SUPER noisy (at least on the main floor) at night.

My stay at the Holiday Inn in Orlando, Florida was extremely disappointing. The staff was unfriendly and immediately bombarded us with offers to attend a timeshare presentation as soon as we entered the door. We were placed in adjoining rooms where we were kept up all night by noise from our neighbors - snoring on the first night, and a couple engaging in loud sexual activities at 3 am on the second night. The rooms had a musty smell of mildew and were not properly cleaned or maintained. There was a large crack in the door that let in light all night, and the constant noise of kids running up and down the hallways added to the chaotic atmosphere. In all my stays in Disney, this was by far the worst experience I have had. I do not recommend staying here. 0/10.
