The staff at the hotel were wonderful but that is just about the only thing that was. The room was very dated and seemed quite dingy. The bed was overly soft and the sheets were a very scratchy, uncomfortable, synthetic material. There were homeless people sleeping just out in front of the hotel during multiple days of our stay. I have stayed at many IHG properties and this was by far the worst I have stayed at. That said I cannot reiterate enough just how lovely the staff at the hotel were the property just needs a massive update.

Very low Quality, looks very old, not modern, low standards overall. The furniture, carpets all throughout the building is horrible and in horrible shape. This hotel is in need of a mayor make over. The only 2 things in favor was the comfort of the bed and the Air Conditioning really were to my expectations.

I had a change in booking well before the date of my stay, with a confirmation number from the hotel for the corrected dates. They did not want to honor that and made us wait an hour with bickering until the manager finally quickly and easily stepped in to get us sorted. I was charged an additional 57 dollars to my credit card that has not been put back on for the card hold.
