The staff was impeccable. They went above and beyond to meet our needs. The facilities are just outdated and need upgrading. Our toilet kept getting stopped up (someone came immediately to fix it as soon as we called every single time), the tub drained slowly and you can tell this is an older hotel. Also there was a resort fee I wasn't aware of until I got there.

Good location. Outrageous price for the daily pool use. Especially being charged for it the first day when you can only use the pool for a few hours. Needs updating. But otherwise, the staff were friendly. Avoid the scammer in the lobby trying to get you to do a time share presentation. For Disney/Universal tickets.

We enjoyed our stay. Noise from kids playing in the room next door and their knocking on doors and running up and down the halls kept us up two nights. Hotel staff was excellent. Once those kids checked out, the stay was great.
