Most things were as expected. The pool was nice, however the outdoor furniture could use some “sprucing”. We also took advantage of community clubhouse pool. The bedrooms and bathrooms were fine. I was surprised that there were no cooking basics such as salt/pepper seasonings, cooking oil, sugar (for coffee), etc. couple of the recliners in cinema room not working, and many of the foosball table players were broken. Overall the place was good. I would stay there again and would recommend it to others. There was enough room and space for 10 of us.

We stayed with extended family, ages 3-75. It was perfect. We had so much space & privacy yet plenty of room to gather together. They had great safety features for the pool (door alarms & pool fence). The kitchen had everything we needed.

Our family of 13 had a great time ! Themed rooms are so fun. Pool was nice ! Access to the clubhouse was very nice with lazy river and plenty of pool space.

Great Home

I would like to start off by saying that this is my family and I 3rd time staying in this neighborhood and this home is absolutely beautiful and we enjoy the home. The only issues we had was the fridge needed to have the water filter replaced and the ice maker wasn't working. I sent a text to the office and they sent the maintenance man out to take a look at the problem, also the wifi wasn't working all that great. I know this next part the owners has absolutely no control over but the way the people was parking in the neighborhood it was hard to get in and out with the way people had their cars. Also the way that some of them was speeding was absolutely insane. Besides that we really did enjoy our stay and really would rebook this home again.

My friends and I decided to take a summer vacation to Orlando and this property was worth every single dime. The movie theater and the hot tub were my two favorite features there! Would highly recommend!

Great location with lots to do

We came as a family group of 12 to hitnsome tbeme parks and beaches and this is about as central as you can get for all of it. The property was clean, we absolutely loved the pool. We wish we weren't so busy so we could have enjoyed the house even more. Definitely recommend becaue you have so much more versatility compared to a hotel. We would absolutely stay again.

Lovely fun home

Beautiful home with plenty of space to spread out! Very large pool which was beautiful ! Hot tub was perfect. Close to shops and dining places . Fun game room. We had a great stay and Keith was great with communication. Would highly recommend this home!

Great location

We loved the location, the atmosphere and the ability to come and go. We needed a big house to hold all of our family and friends and this was a perfect fit. There were some areas for improvement that we let the property managers know about. It would not cause us to not stay here again though.

Spring Break

We stayed at this property with 6 adults and 2 teens. Everyone had plenty of space, and there was something for everyone. We enjoyed the pool and our favorite way to end the night was a movie in the media room. Property Manager took care of any and all questions and concerns.

Great vacation

Our family stayed here for spring break. Everyone enjoyed the pool, theater and game room. Loved how there was plenty of bedroom and bathrooms for everyone to have their own space. The clubhouse pool was also fantastic. There was 16 of us so it was nice to have a dining table that fit all of us. Only recommendation I could give, would be to have more living room seating and a better stocked kitchen for feeding large groups of people. None of that took away from our enjoyment of the trip but it would have have made this a 6 star review.

Beautiful house amazing experience

This house was so clean, keith was so fast at responding. No complaints. We just wish we cooked of booked longer at the property. Amazing experience and atmosphere. Everyone was so nice.

Clean but poorly equipped kitchen for meal cooking and all of the large game tables need attention

We enjoyed our stay but was difficult to cook a meal. Not enough pots and pans. We wanted to use the game tables but they need to cared for.

Terrible cell phone signal

House was great. Plenty of room for us. But cell phone (Verizon) signal was terrible! Nonexistent most of the time. WI-FI was not good most of the time.

Beautiful & Lots of Fun!

The home was beautiful and had all the things needed for our stay. It kept the all the kids busy, and with ages ranging from 2 to 17, that is tough! But this house accomplished all that. From the game room, to the theather, to the kids closet, and of course the pool, there was always something for them to do. Great Disney World vacation stay at a perfectly themed home

Our multi-generational family of nine had a wonderful time at this amazing home a short drive from Disney World. We loved relaxing in the pool and hot tub in the evening while watching on favorite shows on the above-pool theater screen. The bedrooms were decorated beautifully as advertised and everyone had fun staying in their favorite themed-room. We had one issue that the property management team addressed immediately, making our stay worry free. We highly recommend this rental property to any large group looking for an nice add-on experience to a memorable Disney World vacation.
