Family vacation

We had a wonderful, week-long stay. The house was plenty big enough for our large group and accommodated our wide age range of children perfectly - there was something for everyone! The boys LOVED the Mario bunkbed room. The park across the street was also incredibly convenient for our littles when they were done playing in the pool. The alarm on the door for the pool took some getting used to, but we appreciated the extra level of safety. We would love to go back!

Great place

The home is super nice with many amenities we really enjoyed. We did have an issue however with the hot water in the shower/bathrooms. It was warm water--but not hot. The management company did fix the upstairs bathrooms in 2 days but it took 3 days for the downstairs. Once they fixed the issue--it was great. The other thing we wished had been available was a paper printout or way to see how to work the various tv's and remotes--there are 10 or 11 TVs throughout the house. Awesome! Loved the theatre rooms. A couple of the tvs/remotes did not work and the management company had to send someone to fix the issue. Once he did, we were all set but again that took 3 days. The pool area with the splash pad, hot and outdoor tiki bbq--fantastic. We all enjoyed that area and there were plenty of lounge chairs. The beds were super comfortable and the bathrooms all really nice. The kitchen was large with a huge fridge and stove. Plenty of seating for all of us in the dining room and the outdoor covered bbq area. The games room was also a big hit with all of us. We also went to the Reunion resort one day and that was a fantastic experience as well. We would definitely go there again.

Our Family Stay

House was great!! Roomy and was so much fun. Plenty of space for everyone. This was our first VRBO, and look forward to our next one. We did have one gripe.....We had to leave and go home...... Looking forward to our next trip. Thanks for everything Rob!! We had an absolute blast!!

SPRING BREAK 2024

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Tons of activities between the game room, pool area, and theater room. Plenty of bedrooms and a nice large kitchen. having a pair of washers and dryers was nice. We underestimated just how many towels 8 kids would go through everyday!

Amazing Home!

Everything was just as described. This was a perfect home for our group of four families. We had such a blast here on our spring break. The kitchen had everything we needed, the pool area was great, and we had so much space for our crew of 18. Everything was very clean. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful House but maintenance is needed

The house is absolutely beautiful and offers an abundance of activities and space for housing multiple families comfortably. The resort also offers many activities that we were able to take advantage of. We stayed through Christmas and the management company was obviously (and understandably) spread quite thin due to the holidays. We had some minor problems; no internet, hot tub not up to temp due to sensor issue, and multiple refrigerators not up to temp to name a few. Maintenance responded on the 23rd but nobody came until 12/26, the last day of our trip. I believe the property would benefit from the owner staying there for a weekend and seeing what maintenance needs to be done firsthand.

Great getaway location

Every year my friends and I plan a golf trip. This house comfortably accomodated our golf crew of 14. The place was fantastic. Large clean kitchen, awesome themed bedrooms, and lots of space. Will return there again next year.

Family Retreat

We reserved this property for a brief family retreat and found it to be an ideal space. The teenagers were particularly delighted with the entertainment facilities, including the movie and game room. Moreover, the backyard is truly remarkable and left a lasting impression on us. Regrettably, we encountered some difficulty in getting the outdoor television set on the patio and Tiki Room to function properly, which was disappointing as we had hoped to watch some of the Final Four games. Despite this setback, we appreciated all of the amenities that the home and neighborhood had to offer and had a pleasant stay overall.
