Every staff member was greeting us and tell us good morning, good evening. Staff at the breakfast area was very nice. The lady behind the eggs area was so nice and funny. The seating area in the lobby smells so good. The cleaning lady was nice. She brought us new towels. The hotel was quiet, easy parking, walkable to international drive. We were able to walk to the illusions museum. The only thing i didn't like is that I was not able to check in earlier unless i pay $40. Besides that I enjoyed the hotel.

Delia was very friendly and made sure i had all the coffee i needed, i was in room 213, vacationing w my boys, she had our room clean every day w clean towels. I just suggest you don’t charge for parking separate especially after you lovk a full stay price, parking fee was a surprise for me… being a single mom it took money away from spending it w my kids.

Laundry service was nonexistent towels never got changed. Kitchenette does not feature any type of plating, silverware or anything like that. Kind of a waste. She’s had hair in them. Towels had hair in them. Did not get fresh towels. The bathtub was clogged. Stains on the rugs. Breakfast was super crowded and most of the food was unavailable. Food was also quite nasty for a hotel breakfast. I’ve had better at a red roof and that’s a motel. Ask for some form of reimbursement they refused. Parking was 20 bucks a night which was not mentioned on the website could’ve easily went somewhere else. I absolutely will not be returning. It’s also a ghetto area. Homeless people were running up to me when I walked to my dog at night.

Great price and location! Bed was soft, staff was nice… but most importantly for us… we were able to have our pup with us for our vacation and unlike a lot of hotels we were allowed to keep her in the room, while kenneled, when we were out! This will be our go to hotel for all future trips! :)

Fairfield has continued to disappoint me over the last few years and this was no exception. The service and room both were what you would expect from a hotel more like Super 8. I will stick with IHG from now on. I spend 1-2 weeks a month in Orlando in hotels and decided to try something in the convention center area compared to Universal area. I will not stay at this particular hotel again and can’t say that I will ever give Fairfield a chance again at all.
