The house was great. The grandkids enjoyed the house and had a great time. All the games kept the kid busy and I would total suggest renting this house. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because we did not have the use of the pool and hot tub. My kids and me was lookin forward to use the hot tub. It was one of the reason we rented this place. The was the pool was to be heated and it was not due to a heating problem. The owner and property tried to fix the problem but could could not get it fixed.

Great house. Large, spacious, lots to do. We had a few issues which took several calls to management to address (ex. pool heat needed to be turned on which took 2 days, projector didn't work outside-management said they would come but never showed so we didn't get to use the outdoor theater). There was no starter dish tab or dish soap like listing stated. However, we stayed a week and the starter toilet paper and paper towels lasted (we had purchased some just in case). Even with those issues we'd still give it a 5 star review because the house is so amazing and so much to do. The movie theater is the best one we've ever seen in a house before. Everything is labeled with instructions so it was easy for us to figure out. Pool and hot tub were very clean. House was very spacious, rooms and bathrooms were huge, plenty of towels, easy to adjust temps if needed. Kids loved swimming, playing pool, shuffleboard, darts (LED light switch needs to be turned on for dartboard to work), and spent many hours using Pinball. Neighborhood was quiet, and a nice walk to the clubhouse. We had just as much fun at the house as we did at Universal. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Short Summer Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. There was plenty for everyone to do. We had a few small issues, but the property managers were easily accessible and very prompt to resolve things.Would highly recommend this location for groups with teenage kids and families with kids. The game room(s) were definitely a hit for all ages!

Good location near all the parks. Check in was a little annoying. They have security, which I appreciate, but our names weren’t on the list and it was hard getting in touch with the property manager since it was later in the evening. The house was clean. Enjoyable home with plenty to do

We stayed with a large group that included younger kids through teenagers. Everyone had an enjoyable time and always had something to with all the amenities in the home. The pool was smaller than the pictures implied, but several kids still had enough room to play. The neighborhood club house with pool was very nice, as there were not many people there when we went. Overall, it was a nice place to stay.

GOAT house stay

It was an amazing house, it exceeded all of our expectations. We had an amazing time staying there. The manager always got back to us within a hour which was much appreciated he answered any and all questions that we had. I would definitely book again next vacation and recommend to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing time.

Awesome FUN

This house was truly beautiful. The house is exactly like the listing. My grandkids enjoyed the game rooms, the House pool, and the Oasis clubhouse. Had an issue at the clubhouse one day but it was resolved quickly by the owner! Management Staff was very friendly and responsive.

Great stay at GOAT House

My family and I recently stayed, May 7th to 18th, at the GOAT house. • The check-in process was incredibly easy. • We were very happy with the cleanliness of the house. • Owners and property managers were very responsive leading up to the trip and when we arrived earlier than expected and asked to get in at 3pm instead of 4pm. • Amenities at the house and resorts were good. But be prepared for a couple of things: • the house is stocked with ONLY the bare minimum of paper products and cleaning supplies. We even had to purchase Kleenex because there wasn't any. • there are absolutely no cooking supplies outside of pots/pans and utensils. No cooking spray, no spices (not even salt and pepper). So if you're planning to cook, all of those items will need to be purchased. • the food and drinks served at the resort clubhouses are VERY expensive. So if you're planning to spend the day, be sure to factor that in. Overall, we had a great stay and were very happy with the house. Just a few minor things that caught us off guard but nothing that prevented us from having a wonderful time.

Nice property

We enjoyed our vacation at this beautiful house. The cleanliness is great ( you don’t always find the same cleanliness in other houses). My kids enjoyed playing in the game room. They are so responsive to call or even message when you need something. We requested to get the pool heated and was great. We will definitely come back. :) Thanks
