The staff was excellent. The room was clean and very comfortable. The facilities were top notch. However, there was a towel rack near the sink that's falling off. I found that the signage driving from the main building check-in was not very helpful. The road signs and building sections and names were clear. I mean if you walked from check in to the room all the signs and room numbers were clear but when you entered the parking lot there were no building names and if it wasn't for the staffs working in the area we would not have known the buildings or that our room was upstairs. This is our first visit to Port Orleans and now that we are familiar with the "neighborhood" it won't be our last.

The room was so clean. I loved the privacy curtain between the sinks and the sleeping area. I wish the main building was less of a walk from our room.

Great resort, yes it probably does need to be updated since the decor is a bit worn out but the kids won't even notice. Both my daughters were so happy to be staying in princess Tianas room! I liked that we didn't get a carpeted room since I had read some reviews that they smelled a little. The only reason why this wasn't a 5 star was because we stayed 3 nights so on the 2nd night we should've gotten room service cleaning but that didn't happen. The personnel was cleaning the room next to us when we got back from breakfast so we decided to leave again and were actually home for a few hours to allow for cleaning. That did not happen. Other than that we had so much fun staying there and would definitely go back.

Beautiful property and landscaping. The rooms can be far from the lobby and no option other than walking was offered by the hotel. Also, the hotel only provided housekeeping every other day. This hotel was overpriced for the amenities.

The room was clean, but not quite what I expected from a Disney resort. Housekeeping was provided every other day, which was fine, but overall the room felt fairly basic. There was no room service and fewer amenities than I anticipated for a Disney property. I’d rate the room experience about a 3 out of 5.
