Absolutely terrible. I am disabled and the office clerk gave me directions to my room that included TWO heavy doors that are not accessible. By the time I got to my room I was completely worn out. Then, I had to try to get into a tiny doorway. They didn’t care. I suggested they tell handicap people to use the front automatic sliding door but they don’t because that isn’t near the handicap parking. The “market” Is way overpriced. The room was mediocre. The TV has no channels unless you logged into your streaming accounts. Literally no perks of staying here versus another hotel. The experience was disappointing and frustrating.

We stayed here for 7 days and it was amazing. Shuttle bus to any theme parks, except no shuttle goes to Animal Kingdom. The only complaint we had is the shuttle pick up schedule at Disney Springs. No specification which area in the Disney Springs the pick up location. We took a taxi going back to hotel which is not bad 10 minutes drive.

Fantastic stay

We had an amazing experience at the Courtyard by Marriott Lake Buena Vista! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their warm and attentive service. The lobby was clean, modern, and inviting — a great first impression. Our room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The beds were incredibly cozy, and the smart TV made it easy to wind down after a fun day at the parks. The location was perfect — just minutes from Disney and close to great restaurants and shopping. We also loved the pool area, which was peaceful and well-maintained, and the on-site bistro made grabbing breakfast and coffee super convenient. Overall, the Courtyard Lake Buena Vista offered the perfect balance of comfort, value, and convenience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Orlando area!

I really enjoyed my stay here and was pleasantly surprised at how close it was to the springs ! I was a bit taken back by there being no air conditioner in the halls and the water pressure in the shower was lack luster .. but the room was clean and the beds were comfy. Definitely would stay again !

The property is old and outdated and there were red ants in our room, stains on sheets and curtains. It is okay for a one night stay at an affordable price. However they charge $20 per day for parking, $10 per day for resort fee, $50 per day hold on your card at check in. The location is convenient to Disney springs but the neighborhood seems a little sketchy.

It was a good -option- in a pinch. Very clean, very nice pool and area for toddlers.l with a slide and those waterfall thingies. No restaurant or pool side service or anything like that but very clean. Overall, a very good option when the other places that DO have the above mentioned extras are booked
