Our first time there as a staycation and we technically live 20 minutes away. Service was impeccable. The rooms were clean. The whole outdoor area of the bars, pool, and beach or pristine. The staff at all the restaurants were amazing. Food was fantastic. Custom cocktails at Cieba were out of this world. This is a fantastic getaway./we’re out of this world. This is a fantastic getaway/staycation. Worth every penny.

First and surely not last stay at this resort! Everything was very clean and staff was very attentive. Food and drinks are a little on the pricey side but you get what you pay for. The daily fees are worth it for everything you get such as paddle board and kayak rental. Having a pool and beach option is insane for being in Florida. You would never know your in Orlando. The only thing i recommend for the hotel to add is mini fridges in the rooms and somewhere to grab a snack any hour of the night. Honestly won’t be staying anywhere else in Orlando.

On the surface a luxury hotel. But for five star prices, key elements are lacking - like basic water pressure in the shower, a lumpy uncomfortable mattress, tasteless tepid food at breakfast and a below par spa. Plus the “nature view” suite actually has a panoramic view of the parking lot. Underwhelming.

Clen hotel great staff from the beginning to the end. Room service, super efficient and the breakfast buffet was excellent so many choices even for picky eaters.

Amazing property. Brand new so they are still working out some kinks. You don’t need to even leave the property bc there is a ton to do. Offers free transportation to Disney!!! The laguna and room sizes are simply fantastic !
