The entire staff was great It was a mad house with guests trying to leave for. Cruises or the airport and guests like us coming in early hoping to get a room early especially were it was so cold outside you couldn’t go sit by the pool

I called ahead and was told the shuttle would take 20 min. At the 30 min mark I called to check in. It took 50 minutes for the driver to come. The seat belt was broken. We were on the way to pick up someone else and the driver picked up the phone and spoke to someone who was probably asking about where he was. He responded to them by saying “same story, they always say they wait 2 hours when its been 10 min” How could he talk trash and say that in front of us customers? When we were checking in we spoke with the other family on the shuttle who also had to wait 50 minutes. There is only housekeeping service every 3 days to the room. Gross. The breakfast was sub par. Food wasn’t great. The hold on my card was $50. This should be lower since it’s just a hold. There could also be a shuttle to universal studios or Walt Disney world.

The internet didn’t work well and also staff support was limited. Had been waiting for the shuttle to hotel at airport for an hour. I have booked for 2 rooms and my friend ended up couldn’t show up because of emergency, hotel couldn’t gave her any money back even the taxes or cleaning fees
