We got off of our cruise ship at around 9am and arrived about 1030am to Comfort Suites. We were able to check in at 130pm, which I was very appreciative of since signs stated 4pm was the check in time. My complaint is about the shuttle driver whom brought us to the aiport after our stay. The gentleman seemed stressed and we had to squeeze several people with 9am flights onto the shuttle (which was late and came with passengers already loaded). This to me is a Comfort Suites issue and not the driver who didnt plan for the amount of people requiring the 7am shuttle (Showed up at 707am). Again, the driver appeared stressed, which was possibly his employers fault to have him running a shuttle with crammed and standing passengers. I was upset with the driver because we went to the first terminal and the driver unloaded our luggage to get to other luggage, but when I asked if that was where Southwest was he stated it was down the way and he would bring me to the area. He then changed tone and asked everyone to get out and that it was in fact the stop for Southwest. Causing me to walk all the way acriss the airport with my familys 6 bags of luggage. Never again will Comfort Suites get my business!!

Options for eating near Hotel is limited! One fast food place across the street, otherwise you need to walk a number of blocks and NO sit down restaurants Not a comfortable area to walk around. Hotel was fine. Shuttle only every hour not every 30 min.

It was clean. The staff was not the friendliest, we had an issue with the check in because their computers were down, and the staff was helpful but didn't have a very good attitude. It was later in the evening when we arrived and they had a lot of take out menus available for food delivery, which was nice. We were able to order some very delicious Italian food. The morning staff was very helpful with getting us our bus transfer to our cruise ship. We would stay there again.

Front desk disaster

Our room was clean. The girl running breakfast was very nice and cleaned everything thoroughly. The shuttle from the airport was late and overloaded. The front desk staff was incompetent and rude! Marlen was who we dealt with and she acted as if she was clueless, said we were on the list to take the shuttle to Port Canaveral but in the morning said we were not on the list. She said to go outside and just wait for it. After waiting and hearing others waiting with the same story as well as saying the shuttle was full we were forced to pay for an Uber to make sure we got on our cruise on time. We also had to get an Uber to return once our cruise was over. Marlen said we had to wait for our room so we had to wait in the lobby for 4 1/2 hours until our room was ready. When we asked for the shuttle to the airport in the morning she said I’ll put you on the schedule but “I don’t know”, ask the person at the desk tonight. As a front desk operator she had an attitude and made us feel very anxious and uncomfortable. She was very unprofessional and seemed to hate her job.
