Excellent customer service. I left my debit card in my card reader and they tried to contact me and I panicked and I lost it and I come back and asked them and the cashier had put it out for me. The customer service was excellent from the moment I walked through the door. The room was spotless and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The location is within very reasonable driving distance from a grocery store, mall, convenience stores, restaurants and gas stations. The shuttle driver was so very friendly and accommodating. I’m a very picky person and I was completely satisfied.

We were pleasantly surprised with the accommodations. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel staff was friendly and courteous. Will definitely return if we are back in the area. Only downside was the hot tub was not working when we went down to use it and it was a very small hot tub.

I love Comfort Suites and this one didn’t disappoint. Because it is near the airport, the area around it isn’t the best so it’s not exactly a “vacationer’s” hotel but it was perfect for a short stay for us before we went on a cruise. The rooms are spacious and comfy, and the staff is excellent — so friendly and helpful. I needed to print bag tags for our cruise and Mariana at the front desk was so helpful. Also we missed their hourly airport shuttle and Ingrid was kind enough to call us an Uber. The only thing that would have been nice is that the hot breakfast items were the same two days in a row (and the egg patties were hard and rubbery)… most places that offer hot breakfasts have different hot items each day. Other than that, which was very minor, we had a great stay here.
