We were suppose to have a pull out sofa but it wasn’t. We also almost ran out of toilet paper which could have been resolved by housekeeping leaving extras under the sinks. Since the property isn’t manned until 11:00 we had to wait for help. The property is nice and we would definately stay again we just will check things over a bit more upon check in.

From the moment we drove up we started off with a bad experience with the gate guard. He was asking us for a gate pin when we haven't even checked in yet. Asked for an address of where we're staying and literally had no information yet and repeatedly told him we haven't checked in and his overall communication was below dismal. The place where we stayed itself really needs some work. The carpet on the stairs needs replacing. There was a bug in the house that we saw crawling in the kitchen and the pool in the back wasn't cleaned before we checked in at all. Lots of leaves and bugs in it. Not sure how since it's screened in. No extra toilet paper. Trash bags or blankets.

Great for the Price: relaxing, not pretentious

This resort was beautifully landscaped. The outdoor pools, hot tubs, and gazebo by the water was relaxing. We lived in comfort for the week. Optimally, I would have preferred a thorough cleaning from the previous lodgers. I found an earring on the floor that was not mine. However, the price was great for the stay, as we had 2 bedrooms upstairs, and a kitchen and a living room downstairs. The best part was our own private hot tub in a screened in porch.

It was ok for our stay. Needed some cleaning, bed was broken downstairs, light in pool did not work, no cleaning net for pool to collect debris, and no clear instructions for check out. But the pool was nice and warm even at 9pm.

Property was nice, but upon arrival there was issues getting into our room. The code that was provided didn't work. Inhave to go back 3 times before the correct code was given. Also there were ants and other bugs in the kitchen. Thankfully we were not in our room most of the time. The spa was nice and the room was very specious. We rented the 2 room condo, with a full kitchen. Hoppefully this review helps others

So upon arrival the pool was super dirty the jet did not work contacted the front desk and ask them to send someone to clean it and fix it and nobody ever showed up so my kids did not get inside the pool not once since we stayed there or get to enjoy it I am very dissapointed and if I don’t received a call from them I soon will file a dispute with my bank

Property was very unkept. Needs a total renovation! The property was also right next to a trash can compactor and kept us up all night. We booked a house with a pool but it was all open next to the community trash disposal and everyone could view us in pool. House was dirty and very old and damaged .

I recently stayed at Encantada Resort Vacation Townhomes by IDILIQ in Four Corners, Florida, from December 23 to January 2, and it was absolutely fantastic! The resort provided the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience. The townhome was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed to feel at home. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and the private patio with a hot tub was an incredible touch for unwinding after a day of exploring. The resort itself is beautifully landscaped and peaceful, with excellent facilities like the heated pools, clubhouse, and walking trails around the lake. The staff were friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any requests, making our stay even more enjoyable. Encantada's location is another big plus—just a short drive from Disney World, Universal Studios, and plenty of dining and shopping options. It’s an ideal base for families and groups looking to experience the best of Orlando. Overall, Encantada Resort exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a visit to the area, whether for a holiday retreat or a fun-filled adventure. We'll definitely be back!
