The home was large and provided plenty of room for my family. The location was close enough for a fairly quick commute to the Disney parks. We had some issues with roaches which we realize this is Florida, but maybe the home needs more pest control. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this home.

The host was nice and responsive. However the livingroom rug & carpet throughout were in very,very poor shape. So bad I had to convince my husband not to wear his shoes in the house because he was so grossed out to even use the stairs. There were crushed up chips found in various areas like it hadn't even been vacuumed. I booked this rental specifically for the washer and dryer so we could pack less and wash more, which is easier with a toddler. We washed clothes just to find out the dryer didn't work and maintenance wouldn't be able to repair it during our stay. I also found a womens fake nail in our comforter upon moving it to use the bed, which tells me it was probably not laundered. When I contacted the host privately, their response was "thanks for letting us know". Which was very disappointing. Compensation would have been nice considering the dryer didn't work, and I'm not even sure it was properly cleaned after the last stay, which made me leave feeling really icky.
