My husband and I booked this trip for us, daughter, sil, and 2-8year old grandsons. The house was centrally located in a gated community. Home was even better than the pictures. The host responded to my inquiries very quickly. There was something for all age groups to do between the game room and the outdoor theatre. I would definitely recommend this home and host. We could not have been happier with our stay.

2 weeks of paradise

We stayed at this villa for the our whole 14 day stay, it was exactly what we were looking for.The gated community it’s in ‘Formosa Gardens’ is made up of lots of other stunning homes.This villa is really private, no neighbours oversee the garden/pool area, this is something we really wanted.It had everything we needed, plenty of towels, plates etc.

Beautiful, comfortable, home with all the amenities. Themed rooms were perfect for our star wars, marvel fan family. We had extra long days adventuring and it felt just like coming home everynight.Quiet and safe neighborhood

Fantastic Home Away from Home

We stayed at this house for a quick family trip to Disney and LOVED every minute we had in the house. Everything was as listed and pictured on the listing, and more so. The game room and hot tub were especially important to us as they helped us revive and re-energize each night before hitting the parks the next day. We also loved the pool-side movie projection screen which worked to perfection and had and exceedingly crisp and clear picture! Andrea was equally attentive and responsive before, during, and after our stay. We will absolutely look to stay here again on future Disney trips and recommend the home to any family. Thank you, Andrea, very much!

Excellent house for theme park adventure

The house was excellent for our group of 5 which included teens and tweens. The house was spotless and came with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We spent most of our time at theme parks, but the pool, hot tub, and outdoor tv got a lot of use. The host was very responsive and accommodating , especially since we were scheduled to arrive during hurricane Milton! Luckily the house was unharmed and our flights only delayed so we’re still able to enjoy our trip. Thank you for allowing us to use your fabulous home!

Great

Great villa in a great area. Stylish and clean with all amenities we needed. Location was ideal for us as it was close to Disney. The one thing I would suggest is the owners look to replace the mattresses as they were very bouncy and not good for me as a light sleeper. Whenever my husband moved slightly in bed through the night it bounced so much it woke me every time for the whole 2 weeks. My daughter and husband had a similar issue with the other king bed. But I have given 5 stars because all in all it was a super villa.

Relaxing home away from home

We stayed here for a dance competition. This was ample space for our family of four with each kid getting their own bedroom and bathroom. Could have definitely shared with another family. We loved hanging by the pool and watching movies on the outdoor projector, as well as the game room. The house was recently updated, very clean, and had everything we needed to enjoy a great stay. Host was very responsive and helpful when I had questions. It was the perfect place to relax after all of our busy activities in Orlando!

Awesome house for family

We enjoyed the house and all It’s extra amenities it had to offer. The kids were in awe of the game room and all the big tv’s. Unfortunately it rained every night so we couldn’t use the big screen by the pool. Highly recommend this listing for anyone traveling with kids.

Amazing Stay

This was by far one of my favorite properties I’ve stayed at, I went with my family including my 4 children and it was very homey, very clean and overall just great. The Disney park’s were just a 15 min drive I would definitely recommend staying at this home.

Very pleasant stay

Highly recommend this location. Our group of 5 enjoyed our stay very much. The house has everything you need including a beautiful lanai and pool. Our minor questions were answered very quickly. Location is great — tons of food and grocery options within 1-2 miles. It’s very close to Disney — we spent our time at Universal and it was an easy drive there (25-35 minutes depending on traffic).

Spacious, comfortable and convenient!

We stayed with 6 adults and 6 kids 7-13. There was plenty of comfortable space. The kids loved the game room and pool area. It is conveniently located. Host had excellent communication. We had a hot tub issue that was quickly resolved after reaching out. Definitely would recommend for families!

So clean!

My family of five (3 generations) stayed here late Feb for one week. Easy check-in, well stocked home, nice pool and great lanai layout. Location very good for parks etc…but lots of traffic (to be expected). Small children’s pool was biggest hit for my 2 year old granddaughter. House was SO clean (and I am very particular). My interactions with owners was prompt and complete. Would recommend highly!

Wonderful property very close to Disney. We have stayed at other places in the area before which were great, but this home is now our favorite. The location, home layout, amenities were perfect.
