Horrible experience. Ruined my entire vacation.
First day we checked in was such a headache. Our flight was cancelled due to a snow storm so we checked in a day late. When we finally get to check in it was a disaster the gate had no idea who we were and we were not on the “list” so we were not allowed entry. Had to call customer service just to get past the community gate. After that we arrive at the house and we were given the wrong code to enter the home. Had to call customer service again. Then same experience for all of our other family members. We were constantly calling customer service to make sure everyone is allowed to passed through the gate. It became a nuisance. We paid for heating for the pool which was also a disaster. It cost 35$/day. The pool heater did not turn off our entire stay and it became so hot that we could not even use it. Same of us burned our feet from trying to go in the pool. I literally have pictures of the water steaming. No way it was safe to enter. After contacting customer service they said they would send someone the next day. THEY NEVER DID. We paid all this money for this home and we could not even use the pool. Keep in mind we were so excited traveling from New Jersey to enjoy warm weather it totally ruined a big part of our vacation. Customer service was not understanding AT ALL! I have stayed at many rentals and NEVER had this experience. They have multiple people trying to address your issues and it never gets resolved. Definitely avoid booking there are so many other listings to choose from. DO NOT CHOSE “MASTER” VACATION HOMES.
