Comfortable

The unit was well se-up and the one glitz with the door access was solved in one phone call electronically. All appliances worked well. The location was really nice and the community center staff were both knowledgeable and friendly.

We made it work - false bed advertisement

PROS: Clean, Great location in a gated community, pool, bar, and small store on site & close to the DISNEY properties. Condo Management was easy to get ahold of & worked with us to try to solve an issue. CONS: The description of the condo says: * KING bed in the master bedroom * QUEEN bed in 2nd second bedroom * 2 TWINS in 3rd third bedroom. The REALITY IS: * a FULL bed in the master bedroom * a small FULL bed in 2nd bedroom * 2 twins in 3rd bedroom Because the description did not match the reality of the condo we did not all fit to sleep. We were six adult size persons ranging in height from 5'7" to 6'2". Management did try to work with us to find us another condo, but everything was sold out. Thank goodness there was an air mattress at the condo and extra sheets that we could use otherwise the 6'1" person would've been sleeping on the tiny couch. I think once they fix the description and people know exactly what they're going to be walking into, this is a great condo.

Great stay

Check is was so easy! We had a problem with the keyless entry on the 2nd day of our stay but called and it was fixed right away. The property is close the the pool , equipped with all the basics and is close to shopping for anything else you need. My daughters and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for the 3 of us with plenty of room to have our privacy when needed. I would definitely recommend!

The place was nice and well equipped for our stay, the condo itself could have been a little bit cleaner but overall we throughly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely consider and recommend this place again!

Good time

Check in was easy.. Windsor Palms is a very nice area..the condo is nice and had everything in it we needed for our stay ( other than food of course). the condo is very close to the clubhouse and pool.. My family and I enjoyed our stay here..

Amazing

We had a wonderful time at this condo. It was the perfect distance from Disney and our kids loved playing tennis and swimming in the pool. Our only mishap was during checkin when security wouldn't let us in - but after a call to Chris is was quickly resolved. This was a perfect place for our family of 5 to enjoy our Disney vacation.

Great place to stay

We had a previously bad experience renting a condo in Orlando 3 yrs ago. This stay made up for that and was fabulous. The check in process was easy, instructions on how to enter the home were easy and decorated nicely. Everything you needed was there except for the things you wanted to get such as food and extra bathroom and kitchen items as you would expect. They provided a welcome kit of dishwashing soap, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent that was great. We are already planning another trip and this is where we will be staying. The owners/management group respond quickly to emails if you need anything. Thank you for a great home to stay in while on vacation. The Bujan Family

Great Turkey Vacation

Everything was great from the start of the process till then, except one thing. The door code that was emailed to me was incorrect. But after calling the office it was quickly resolved. Later that evening when I checked my e-mail I found an e-mail from the management company giving me the new code. Unfortunately it came while we were already on the road for our trip. Will definitely stay again.
