Very pleased!

This is located in a gated neighborhood with security cameras so we felt very safe. This unit is walking distance to the pool/clubhouse which also had a nice game room. We used those amenities several times while staying there! It also has a nice market at the clubhouse with snacks drinks and hot food which we went to many times! This is located close to all the attractions and there are tons of nearby restaurants. Also walmart is only a few blocks away which is very handy. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. We were a family of 2 adults and 4 teens and we felt we had ample space. The kitchen was well stocked and had a nice pantry for storing groceries. Easy entry at check in with a keypad code. Thanks for a wonderful experience!!

The perfect Disney themed off-property location! We were impressed by the cleanliness, the quietness, the Disney decor, and close proximity to the pool/waterslides! So fun! We absolutely loved it and the owners were easy to reach when needed!

Nice Development. House could use some attention.

We loved the resort, the pool area, playground, and free activities and movies everyday. Owners were very responsive to our concrerns. However, I feel they need to personally check out this rental more often. There were not enough pool towels or face cloths from day 1. One dresser drawer was broken in the 1st floor bedroom. And there were not enough utensils to get 6 people through 2 meals.

Family Vacation to Orlando

The location was excellent. The unit was good size but not as clean as we would have liked.We paid extra to heat the personal pool. Unfortunately Florida got a freak cold snap & the heating did not happen. The owners did not contact us to let us know that the pool would not be heated. We contacted them regarding the frigid temperature of the pool, they explained that it would not be heated & that we would receive a refund for the fee for heating the pool. It has been 2 weeks since we have contacted regarding the refund & still have not received it.
