3 bedroom lovely home in Orihuela Costa

This vacation home with pool is located in the popular urbanization La Florida. Due to the central residential location, it is also recommended for young guests in the summer, as the supermarket, bars, restaurants and all services are nearby. Also couples with children or large families are always welcome here. At the end of the pool there is a barbecue area with a sitting area and a summer bar. The house is also well suited in the winter months and is especially popular for smaller group arrivals, such as golfers, bowlers, bike fans and other club members who would like to spend a common stay in Spain.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person, or bring their own. Up to one pet is allowed.

Une villa décevante

La cour fermée est agréable. Mais c'est le seul point positif. Quand nous sommes arrivés la piscine était d'un vert trouble. Le loueur a jeté dedans des blocs de chlore. Après 2 jours elle est devenue baignable mais on en sortait les yeux rouges. Après 2 jours elle redevenait verdâtre. La villa est spacieuse mais très mal entretenue : des loquets cassés, un ventilateur de plafond qui ne marche pas, le micro onde en panne, un placard de cuisine sans fond, des carreaux de carrelages branlants... Enfin il faut savoir que la "chambre" du haut est un solarium reconverti sans climatisation ni ventilateur, bref un four. Pour conclure en beauté, notre loueur à qui nous avions déjà réglé 1 semaine de location d'avance nous demande de régler en liquide dés notre arrivée le ménage et l'électricité. Comme nous n'avions pas la somme sur nous il lance "No money, no key !". Au final, très décevant à éviter.
