We would like to welcome you to our friendly villa located within walking distance from Vistabella golf course.
Here you can enjoy the Spanish weather, delicious food, while relaxing round our lovely shared pool.

Minutes walk from the villa is a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, bars and the impeccable Vistabella golf course (information about this can be given on request).


Layout:
Patio area: Large corner garden sofa, parasol, outdoor table and chairs.

Ground floor: Large living room with one double sofa bed, a DVD player, kitchen with oven, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle and a toaster.
Table and chairs set, small shower room with wc and sink and a lovely twin bedroom.

First floor: Twin bedroom, Double bedroom with double doors leading onto spacious balcony patio area with a small table and chairs set, large bathroom with bath, shower, bidet, wc and sink.
Stairs which then lead up to a sun top roof terrace, here there is an outdoor shower you can cool down in after a fun filled day.

Please note a TV is at the villa but only for dvd and Xbox 360 NO LIVE TV OR WIFI.
The villa is my family’s holiday home where we like to get away from normal life.
Please follow all strict pool rules. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Please only drink water from plastic at poolside.

We had a brilliant 9 days stay at Dans place. It was everything we needed, relaxing and quiet. Lovely complex and myself and my family enjoyed time at the shared pool. It was great.

Lovely Villa

Had a lovely 2 week stay at this villa and it’s was lovely 😊 we were pre warned that there was no Wi-Fi/TV beforehand but was actually nice to go back to basics although it would have been nice to have Wi-Fi as the kids ran out of data but wasn’t that much of an issue. Definitely recommend hiring a car and maybe not through the airport as we found that to be quite stressful. There are local people who live near or on the complex that we later found out we could have hired from which would have been so much easier (we know for next time) also if you are going to hire locally I would do this in advance as they are booked up in advance. Overall had a lovely time 😊

Le site Vistabella golf est très bien . Commerce sur place (boulangerie restaurant supérette pharmacie) etc .de belles maisons sécurisé calme . Piscine pour chaque rue . La maison est très bien fonctionnelle . Le propriétaire dan est réactif pro et sympa . Tout a été parfait . La maison est climatisé . Rien à dire . La région est très bien tout est à 20mn de voiture . Sans bouchon

Je ne recommande pas cette location

Frigo hs a notre arrivée ( 4 jours pour negocier avec le propriétaire d en livrer un neuf. Coupure électrique generale lorsque le four est allumé, machine a laver en panne apres 2 utilisations ( nouvelle machine installée 2 jours avant départ ), pas de climatisation , barbecue rouillé, table de jardin inutilisable car en mauvaise etat, Demande de geste commercial au propriétaire refusée ! Piscine de copropriété fermée pendant 5 jours ( le propriétaire nous accuse que c est de notre faute alors qu un incident grave est survenu) les voisins ( amis de propriétaire) nous surveillait ( photo envoyé, etc...) je ne recommande pas du tout cette location que ce soit entre amis ou famille !
